Pedido no entregado. Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente. Su línea de teléfono está siempre ocupada y no responden a los correos.
Order not delivered. Terrible customer service. Their phone line is always busy and they don't answer emails.

My €400 order has vanished

My €400 order has not been delivered, I paid over 10 days ago & it was shown as sent on 3rd but I have n wine & no contact from any transport company.

I call, I email, I call, I email, I message through the website ..... finally yesterday they reply to say that it's a logistics issue. This does not help me..... WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER???

I have satisfactorily used Bodeboca many times so this lack of response, or answers is quite shocking.

Another day passes with no contact from Bodeboca or their courier. Sadly it seems that I'll have to resort to a paypal claim, as it now feels like theft.

Yesterday they asked for the details relating to this review but STILL I HEAR NOTHING & HAVE NO WINE!!!

NOW IT'S 2 WEEKS ... NO WINE, NO COMMUNICATION FROM BODEBOCA. JUST AWFUL SERVICE.

CANCEL & REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!! A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

That does not explain why you ignored me for 10 days & did not sort out the issue with your courier.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR MY ORDER THAT YOU TELL ME IS STILL ON THE MAINLAND.

I DO NOT HAVE IT, IT HAS NOT MOVED SINCE 5TH DECEMBER BUT YOU STILL KEEP MY MONEY!!!! JUST TERRIBLE.

Another week has almost passed with no wine ... & no refund. Earlier in the week they "got more information", WHY? They did nothing with it, they are shameless.

Finally "Your refund is on the way! Available in your card by 23 December 2024". Over 3 weeks to get my money back & goods never left distribution centre.

Very prompt, courteous delivery

Amazing delivery service from this company. My last two orders were delivered less than 24 hours after being made online.
The company base is Madrid and delivery address is Benalmádena Pueblo on south coast.
Courier used on both occasions was CTT, always very courteous and friendly.
Huge choice of wines and huge range of prices - something for everyone!

Birthday wine was not delivered due to…

Birthday wine was not delivered due to a very poor choice of courier by Bodeboca. I waited a whole day for delivery with no phone calls or updates from courier. I then receive a message the next day saying my address lacked information! Not correct 3 other companies have delivered to the exact same address in preparation for the birthday party. I will have to buy new wine (not the wine I wanted locally) at extra expense and also have to collect the wine I ordered from a pick up point a long way from my address all because of the choice of delivery company. Very unhappy and party spoiled!

To be on time for Christmas I ordered…

To be on time for Christmas I ordered some Champagne. After a week the order is still in preparation (3 bottles should not be so hard to pick) and you get no answer on any questions. If you offer quick delivery you should do it. This is very hard to work with, I would buy local next time as the level of professionality is very low.

Excellent Service on First Order

I ordered 12 bottles for shipment to Cote d'Azur in France on June 01 2018.
Ordering process efficient. Plenty of information about shipment progress. Delivered by Federal Express on June 06 2018. Packaging strong and secure. Gave me €10 coupon as a welcome discount. Excellent service. Only minor issue is that everything is in Spanish language - maybe consider International English as well?

Very hard to fault - Ni un mínimo fallo

Very efficient service with superb communication with the client. Both Bodeboca and the courier company Seur kept me informed throughout the order and delivery process. One minor suggestion to Bodeboca, given the horrendous problems I had with Uvinum, is that they could attach a copy of the delivery sheet somewhere to the outside of the box. Which would assist in the client establishing without having to open, precisely what is inside. The Albarán de Entrega was inside the box.

Servicio muy eficiente y súper comunicación con el cliente. Ambos Bodeboca y la compañía logística SEUR me mantuvieron informado a lo largo los procesos de compra y entrega. Una pequeña sugerencia que haría a Bodeboca, dados los horrorosos problemas que tuve con Uvinum, es que pegaran una copia del albarán de entrega en el exterior de la caja, lo que ayudaría al cliente a establecer el contenido sin necesidad de tener que abrir el paquete. Dicho albarán de entrega estaba dentro de una de los bultos.

Outstanding wine company and choice of courier

Outstanding, the Obama of wine websites, compared to Uvinum ( the Kim Jon Ung) of fake wine websites! Following a very unsavory experience ( see previous review) with #Uvinum of Barcelona, I tried for the first time Bodeboca and their service, their communication and their choice of courier Seur are very impressive indeed. I was not even asked to sign and although I could not see from the outside of the boxes, it was clearly wine and on opening the boxes discover the fantastic Pago de los Capellanes from Ribera del Duero . Highly recommended, avoid at all costs Uvinum.
