In what has been a very difficult year having Simon take away the worry of sorting out my new mortgage made a massive difference to me. For me the fee, which may seem expensive to some, was well worth paying. Simon always returned my calls promptly and the service felt personal and I felt that I was valued and that I mattered, which really made all the difference given a difficult personal situation. Simons service is world class his knowledge and advice is the best I have have ever experienced. He is efficient and always does what he says he will for example calling you when he says he will. Simon leaves no stone unturned in getting you the best deal available to suit your needs. I will never use anyone other than Simon at DDFS again to sort my mortgage he makes the whole process simple and enjoyable.

If I wanted to proceed I would do so of my own accord. Desperate selling tactics.
Reviewed mortgages directly with providers and are in some cases better if not the same as this firm. So what's the point as you'll end up paying more in fees for being lazy and not researching through other portals.
Waste of time.

Very good service regulare updates on were things are, at least once a week. And alway confirmation of receiving paperwork. Quick service from star to Finnish took about 4 weeks. Very good.
