I have purchased as of recently two backdrops from DBackdrop. Both backdrops are very elegant in their design. These were purchased as Fine Art backdrops. I see visions as to the end product before I begin shooting these portraits. DBackdrop delivers just what I am looking for in my vision. And in the quality of craftmanship. They meet customers' needs and deliver these items in a timely manner. Will definitely buy again from this company. William Carter.

I rec'd my tapestry in a well packaged box and on time. The tapestry or backdrop is pretty impressive and I'm very happy with my item.

I don't believe their posititive reviews. The two backdrops we received were terrible quality. You would get better buying a bed sheet. On top of it, there were at least 20 bleach marks or something similar. Unusable. We had to pay for postage to return items in order to get a refund. Will be waiting for a refund for quite some time I imagine. Typical rogue company.

Ordered a Backdrop. Image is not sharp and vibrant. Sent email and haven’t received a response.

Poor communictions, the company used to deliver UniUni tracking site was worthless and unreliable. When the tracking site showed the package was in the city it was to be delivered to at 10am on Nov 26th and had not been delivered to me I contacted UniUni's customer service to remind them that the package was being delivered to a business that closed at 5pm and if the package were to be delivered after that time or another day to please call me cell number and the delivery could be left at front door and I would pickup package. The customer service representative assured me that he would provide my number to delivery driver. I never received a call and the package wasn't delivered. I also advised customer service representative if package isn't received by Nov 28th I couldn't use item. On Nov 28th, the tracking site stated a falied delivery attempt was made, which my companies security cameras show no one attempted to deliver my package. When I used UniUni's chat feature on Dec 1st to update delivery it stated Due to multiple delivery failures, the parcel is on its way back to the UniUni warehouse. Again, our security cameras do not show any delivery attempt(s) and the tracking site only stated one attempt. Yesterday, Dec 1st @ 10am I replied to an older email from DBackdrop that I needed a refund for my order and left additional information, I have not recieved a response to that email.

I am very impressed with the quality of this backdrop compared to cheaper ones I have purchased elsewhere in the past.

We ordered two specific backdrops. However, we had the sizes and specifications mixed up. A quick email to support after purchase about the mix up and they altered the order perfectly to what we needed. Very thankful for their support team!

Great quality backdrop made our Halloween party costume photos super fun! Backdrop was nice weight and no wrinkles.

Nice quality and very accommodating. I had asked if I could have the pole holes on the sides rather than top and bottom and they quickly replied and said they would be willing to make the change for me.

Dbackdrop has several options to chose from to accentuate our stage for Christmas!

The backdrop looks Beautiful on the website. However, is not the same as pictured upon receipt.
I am very disappointed. The coloring is different, it looks VERY DARK!

I ordered the backdrop for my organizations 15th Anniversary Holiday Party. I am returning the item when a suitable replacement is found. In my opinion, I feel the backdrop was completely misrepresented!

The material needs ironed or steamed before using which is always true with backgrounds.

The fabric quality was excellent. Should be useable for years to come. From purchase to delivery it seemed to take a long time—about 2 1/2 weeks. I was a little disappointed in the design I chose as it was a little too gray and black and not quite how the online picture depicted it. There’s no return policy so you have to be sure of what you want.

The backdrop I purchased had absolutely horrible coloring. The snow was gray and black with shadows, however, as advertised on the website the snow was white. I am not even given the option for a full refund after being completely disappointed. I will never purchase from here again.
