Conman, avoid!!!!
Edited to add I also have a video showing the car being packaged which shows the exact moment it goes into the polystyrene box and shows both wing mirrors attached (which PayPal and trading standards have received)
You received a video and further ignored me!
PS 10,000 happy customers yet how many reviews just over 100? 2 which are recent and negative because you like to keep people's money..
Also i will add the photos which show the seller blatantly not messaging me regarding a refund. I had to message him and ask where my refund was since he had received the car 24hrs prior to me asking why he had received the car but not refunded?
Also I told him I'd report to trading standards and contacted PayPal after he chose to IGNORE me. Had the car in his possession over 24hrs and didn't even acknowledge he had received it or message to state it had apparently been damaged more?
Didn't bank on this customer filming the car during packaging did you?!
More like you knew it was broken and tried it on and then because you didn't get the result you wanted you damaged the car more.
Which a local model shop agrees and is more than happy to offer a statement.
As for the video I showed you the before video. PayPal and trading standards have the second video which clearly shows the car was in the same condition I received it.
I posted the car back as requested and at my OWN expense and was told over 24hrs after you received it back I would get £20! So I've had to go through PayPal to get a refund as this so called seller didn't want to refund.
I've also reported to trading standards
Purchased the last Otto sierra rs cosworth which arrived damaged.
They literally told me to glue it or return it! I sent it back at a cost to myself of £11.15
I then had to chase them up for my refund to which he decided to tell me the car had more damage and he's not refunding me. Said he would post the car back to me as its now worthless along with £20 to buy myself some glue! 😅
He also told me paypal wouldn't get involved as he was accusing me of damaging the car more!!
I have videos showing that the car was posted back in the same condition I received it (snapped spoiler)
I sent the video along with screenshots etc to PAYPAL and they have now refunded me!

Unfortunately with Otto and other resin hand builts some add on items that get glued in the factory fall off. This then entails a spot of glue. If yuou speak to a large amount of collectors this happens regularilly.
Regarding the post i advised the buyer to rerturn the item and costs would be covered.
This buyer threatened us with the customer relations prior tyo even making progress with the returns.
The car has been returned with both wing mirtrors broken off.
The spoiler was not snapped off the glue failed on manufacture.
The refund would have been issued if the buyer had not returned a damaged item,
The video showed the car being handled prior to being wrapped up for the retyurn. Damage happened after the video
All being said 10,000 happy customers and 1 unhappy.
