Customer service is non existent. Devs don't communicate . Changes made in game make no sense what so ever, changing classes for 1 player that complains, and the ever broken items that never get fixed.

They take your money, then do not deliver item. Will not buy from them again. And canceled my account with them.

Company is trash.
Played Everquest 2 and Planetside 2 for a long time.
Planetside 2 is full of cheaters and they dont do anything.
It could be the best game after so many years but instead the released an option to use fishing in the game....wtf....are they serious.....this is no open world survival game.

Everquest 2 was dropped down to a useless p2w game.
This game has nothing of it old quality.
Its only made to melk players.

1. You need npc soldiers to buy and upgrade in this 11 month long game season for an update.
this means you must pay real money because you need to buy special chests and hope to get special parts to upgrade your npc mercenary because he will increase your values and to get the highest value you need to upgrade to the max.

The same for your mount which is not only a mount, no its a stat buffer and the same with mercenary.

At last you have small npc pet which buffs your stats and you need to do the same here.

I was an absolute stupid many years ago and push my char to the max.
I was the best beastlord Dd on server but i payed many thousands of euro to get this point.

Every year they release a update where the story is made in 1 hour...

This game has nothing to do with "EVERQUEST".
Daybreak didnt developed what this game was.
Its only trash now and on eu server are only 50 players or something like this.
Raidforces deleted them self...

These people just keep adding adding and adding and never fixing their laggy games. For instance DC Universe Online half the game is so laggy if you move your disconnected from the game even after just logging in. Here's something how about you fix the games before you add anymore to it and break it more but I doubt you will because all you got on your minds is cash right now and not cash in the future. They dont care for the gaming community that plays these games cause all we are is money bags.

Company has taken a dive for the worst. There is zero listening to the player base. Jen Chan is the most lazy leadership I've ever seen.
Every expansion is a reskin. Better versions of their games can be found on emulators that are built by 1-3 people. But DBG has this company but does nothing productive with jt.
Canceled by accounts for good when they attacked THJ for having better content then life servers.

I give a 1 star due to there isnt a -5. ive been a PAYING customer for YEARS and in recent years they have taken a dive. they dont listen to the player base AT ALL. They roll out content thats just like the old content with a face lift. this year i stopped my all access membership and just uninstalled my game. Sad a paying player since LAUNCH and 26 years later i finally had enough. We all grow up in a way but its sad when ya miss something when ya are playing the game ya miss...

Lazy and useless team.
The games they make a unplayable. When playable you get reused content from years ago made into new content. All they do is milk their games until all players quit.
Want to play dcuo? You can't. Want to be a tank? You can't because you don't have the artifacts, you want to be a healer? You can't because you don't have the artifacts, you want to be a controller? You can't because you don't have the artifacts? Last one, so you want to be a DPS? You can't because you don't have the artifacts.
1 artifact takes a casual player 5 months to achieve to level 200. You need 5 artifacts per role. So you will need 5 years to get 10 artifacts to level 200 to play just 2 roles in dcuo. It's a mmo RPG or should be, now it's more like " can't play anything because you don't have artifacts ". Other games are going strong because of relying heavily on micro transactions isn't what they did.
Reused content every other dlc is just disgusting and lazy.
No content gets run except for the neweat stuff.
PvP? Nope, the devs can't make money off PvP so they act like it isn't in the game and ignore it
Daybreak games run their games into the ground at every part possible.
Dcuo will shut down in 2030 and tbh I can't wait because another company should have made this game up and took it to the public.
Daybreak games are just scammers and tbh if they shut down now I wouldn't even notice.
Subscription to dcuo is £9.99 pcm. It's so high. It's one of the highest out there, the game is dead. Why do they think they can't have such a high price for a dead game?
I think it's time for new manager for dcuo to step in.
The problem with the game is that once the artifacts came out all the players quit the game and left, now dcuo can't get the players back or retain them.
Hero and villains sides are still in the game. Nope close the villain side down and move everyone to here side.
EU side of dcuo is dead, so merge us with USA. Merge all servers.

Daybreak Games developers, community managers are openly hostile towards players. There is no customer support at all.

I wanted to give a big "Thank You" to Angeliana at Daybreak Games for helping out with an issue while playing Everquest. Angeliana was extremely punctual and helpful and solved my problem immediately. Great Customer Journey.

The absolue worst customer service experience you will ever have with a game company. Why these brands use them to handle that side of their products is beyond me. Fire Vanya.

I bought some items for Planetside 2 and lost access to the respective account a few days after.
Their own support confirmed the issue, but refused to let me refund - despite me obviously not having access to what I spent my money on.

What else can be said on top of the other comments?

Absolute mess, recent ‘exploit’ as a result of their devs stupidity, resulting in the suspension and banning of loads of players… players that wouldn’t need to be dealt with if they just did their job properly.

Lots of people banned for just going about their normal business.

If you’re thinking of starting the game, think twice.

An absolute garbage company who maintain a set of older games which they don't give a crap about. They basically keep them on life support and try to hold on for as long as they can. All games are riddled with bugs and no matter how much you try to point that out or complain, nothing is done.

I can't imagine why anyone in their right mind would want to work at a place like that? They certainly don't care about their player base, so why would they care about their employees? If you work there, leave now while you still have your sanity.

Avoid this company at all cost.

Suspended my account for no reason in Everquest where 10+ boxes running everywhere! No explonation! Worst company ever! SOE was million times better!

Never have seen a worse customer support. Rude, and useless. Couldn't even help on the smallest matter. So dissapointed

Absolutely disgusting customer support that will take your money and brush you under the rug if anything goes wrong. Truly do not recommend as they will treat you like you never existed, regardless if you spend money with them.

Not only this, but the content they produce and updates they provide to their games are not what the players want, they don't listen to anyone and are well on their way to driving their games into the ground. Bugs from 4 years ago are still in the game and continue to release cosmetics rather than fix the actual game itself.

They fail to deal with hackers in their games. When it gets out of control they then stop responding to players about the issue, the "Ostrich" effect as we know it.

Daybreak games can't be trusted. Tried to appeal my ban i've been given long time ago. I've never cheated in a game and only got to play "h1Z1-Just survive" for 16 hours before the ban appeared. They even gave different reasons about my ban. Plus they didn't write they had prove for my ban! Bad company and support...
