Do not buy from this website

Do not buy from this website! I ordered a mirror on their standard selection, when the mirror arrived it did not show up according to the image plus it had a scract! When I mentioned this to the costumer service team they said they could not refund me bc it was a personalised mirror that I had made myself with specific dimensions, which was not true! When I reaffirmed that it had a scratch they said they would do something about it and then just stopped responding! So now I have a scratched mirror and lost all my money!
