Servizio clienti inesistente
Acquistato specchio da loro su artalo.it numero ordine 25478. Il problema è che lo specchio è arrivato con un difetto sulla parte davanti in vista all’interno del pacco, abbiamo allegato tutte le foto dettagliate nel reclamo. Fatto il primo reclamo sul loro sito artalo.it in data 30/09/25 senza nessuna risposta, e rimandato ieri in data 06/10/25 senza risposta anche questo.
Poco serio, il danno è arrivato da loro, noi abbiamo avvisato subito che la merce aveva un difetto.
Altro che risposte in 24h al reclamo, è una settimana che nessuno risponde.
Pessimo servizio.
