Excellent service from Danton's Fireplaces & Stoves!
They have a good range of well presented products so that you can get an idea of what would suit your tastes and home.
The staff are approachable and knowledgeable if you need help, whilst allowing customers to look around unpressurised.
Highly recommend them.

Had a log burner fitted yesterday. From sale to fitting, everything was exceptional. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Recently had a gas fire fitted as a replacement for a Log Burner. We struggled to find anyone to fit a gas fire for us, but then we came across Danton who made it easier for us to buy a gas fire and who had an excellent fitter to fit it for us. The gas fitter has don't an excellent job for us. Very pleased with the whole experience.

What an amazing experience. Dan was so helpful and knowledgeable showing us all the various options available in the impressive showroom. There were many quality products available and Dan helped us make the right choice. The gas stove was fitted less than 2 weeks later. The fitters Mike and Andy were excellent. They faced some challenges but skilfully overcame them and did a fantastic job. They were polite and friendly and kept everything clean and tidy. Danton's and their fitters are an excellent Company to deal with. Great products and excellent service from start to finish.

Amazing service from the whole team at Dantons. The schedule of events leading up to the installation was extremely professional. I was kept completely informed of all the requirements needed. On the day of the installation the fitters were fabulous and did an excellent job. All done and fitted by the afternoon. I absolutely love my new log burner. So happy I made the decision to get one. We had a problem with our fire ignition but Dan from Danton Fireplaces in Beverley came out himself the next day and sorted the problem for us. No charge and excellent service and advice given.

I recently bought a marble fire surround and electric fire from the Humberston store. The service from beginning to end was excellent. I was given some superb advice which was extremely professional and useful but never pushy. The staff were always on hand to answer any query, no matter how small, if ever I rang up. There was a huge range of products to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. The fitting service was also excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending this company. Many thanks to all concerned.

Dan was superb when we visited the showroom in Beverley. His knowledge and experience was 1st class and gave us confidence from our initial interaction.

Our chosen fire came into stock earlier than anticipated and was delivered with no issues.

Receptionists at the store quick to help but we were Given time to look round. No pressure. We were buying our first stove so it was good to get plenty of advice to get just the right one. Installation was very tidy and step by step explanations were given as it went along. The demonstration of fire lighting and operation of the wood burner was thorough, together with the explanations of the after care. An excellent job all round.

We were quoted a fair price for what turned out to be a difficult job. Removing the existing fireplace without damaging it, installing the burner and then putting the original fireplace back. The fitters were excellent and the team in the office communicated well and did their best to keep costs down. Thank you for doing such a good job, Cameron, Dan, Tony and Steve x

I needed replacement glass for my old (more than 10 years) multi-fuel fireplace. I initially went online and the glass was totally incorrect - money wasted. I went somewhere else local (before I found Danton) and after 3 weeks, still heard nothing. I got recommended to speak with Danton Fireplaces and Stoves and wish I had known sooner. They sent off my pictures with the measurements and within days I had my new glass.... it was too narrow (not Danton's fault) and literally within THREE days of letting them know the manufacturer sent them the COREECT glass.

I found the whole experience a breath of fresh air. The guys were brilliant, professional, and determined to make my purchase stress free. They did! I cannot thank them enough.

I first met Ady who was so helpful and Dan managed to source the fireplace I was looking for at such a reasonable price. Excellent customer service from the team and I highly recommend them!

We met Cameron who was really helpful helped us with design choices. Really good service so far, so we bought the fireplace even though we actually haven’t quite bought the house yet. Would highly recommend this company.

Being on my own I need as much help as I can get and as soon as I walked through the door Wendy greeted me. We discussed my needs and she left me to look at the displays, which was nice as I didn't feel rushed. Wendy answered any queries I had.
Andy then came to the house to check where the fire was going. He was a lovely chap and we went through the details.
Unfortunately the day before my fire was to be fitted it arrived at the store broken. Instead it was fitted the following week. My carpets were being fitted on the Monday and they had a problem getting me in the diary. However no fuss was made by Jamie and he said no matter what it would be fitted before the Monday.
Milado arrived to fit the fire and I couldn't fault his work. My room was newly decorated and there wasn't a mark anywhere when he left, despite mixing cement. The fire looks amazing and milado wiped everything down. There wasn't a finger mark left anywhere. He was lovely to talk to and we chatted about all sorts.
Excellent service from start to finish, and I can really recommend them. The firm is only as good as the people working there, and everyone was helpful, friendly and put me at ease.
