Sadly I am know one of the same as all you lovely honest people who.like me have been defrauded by these people.I have know read all the reviews and have been through the same process. With no help from PayPal .I have been on this journey since 12 April did everything PayPal told me sent parcel back with a further £20 tracking and nothing. Goods were held in customs in China and PayPal declined me twice on the basis I did not give them a valid tracking .my tracking was with British royal mail .and was excellent.now after all these months the parcel with these shoddy imitation s was returned to me .I got in touch with PayPal again to report this now the say I didn't give them a tracking form ??? Which they never asked for. Gave me a link to the fraud squad. I think I need to report both as to my knowledge PayPal is still dealing with this company and the other names they trade under. So much for PayPal protection.I have learnt one thing . Go into trustpilot first before buying anything and check it out .

I am surprised this company is still trading. When I say ‘trading’ I mean ‘ripping people off’. I am embarrassed to say that I fell victim to this Company last year ... to the tune of over £200!!!! I was well and truly lured in by the glamorous trick photography showing colourful stylish clothes. Their advert appeared on Facebook I seem to recall. Their website unfortunately hides their terms and conditions and it isn’t clear where they trade from ... until it’s too late! They have complex sizing ranging from small to XXXXXL so it takes ages deciding which one is the size for you. I paid using PayPal. Interestingly my order came in numerous parcels over a 6 week period (another ploy on their part). From the go, having received the first parcel, I knew I had made a serious mistake. As others have said, the items look nothing like their pictures ... cheap tacky fabric, poorly made, ill fitting, and certainly not fit for purpose. So you decide you don’t like the garment and want a refund ... here the problems begin. Firstly, no information Readily available about returns! When you eventually fathom out how to make contact you are instructed to return within a specified period. The cost of sending a parcel to China from the UK at the time was approx £9 so I decided to wait for all the other parcels from the order to arrive, to save on the postage. Unfortunately this means you are now out of time to get a refund on the items received earlier on! They are very quick to point out their ‘refund policy’ but not very quick to comply with basic principles of fair trade and clearly operating out of China means they don’t need to comply with UK trading legislation. There are a lot of similar companies operating from China in the same appalling manner ... I quite often see their colourful adverts appearing on social media sites ... do NOT be drawn in, they rip you off! It took me a long time to get over my feelings of anger, embarrassment, and stupidity and I won’t be making the same mistake again. This company didn’t even justify the one star given but it was the minimum requirement of Trust Pilot in order to have the opportunity of leaving a comment ... may this be a warning to others 🤨

It is appalling that Damensein is still trading online and countries are not shutting down their site!

Evasive, cheeky and NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Do not let them take your precious money!

I ordered a dress on 28/07/20 and within minutes I tried to cancel the order (because it would not get to me on time and the negative reviews were frightening). I tried to stop the payment of which I could not do because it was processed and approved.

I had to resort to emailing their service team as there is no other way to contact them. Which I did, within an hour or so of placing the order to cancel the order. I get an email from Tracy the following day saying that the item had already been shipped. Which I find hard to believe unless they work 24 hours in CHINA (yes China, it looks like a British website but it is NOT).

They would have received the payment and my email in the early hours of the morning around 6am and around 9am I received an email that it was already shipped. I asked if they worked 24 hours and my question was ignored! I was told I can't get a refund unless I wait for the item and then send it back to CHINA at my own cost if it is unsatisfactory. What!!! This is preposterous!!!! UNBELIEVABLE THAT THE ITEM WAS ALREADY SHIPPED (they just did not want to process the refund)

Lo and behold a shoddy dress arrives from China over two weeks later. Nothing like the dress on the website! Fabric horrible, not true to size, poor workmanship - just dreadful!

To add insult to injury Cathy another person emails me to take photos:
1. the photo of the whole package including the clear tracking number;
2. the photo of the WP in the outside package and the photo of the inside item;
3. the photo of the detailed label of the item including the recognizable size, color.

I did all of the above and still not provided the returns address on requesting it on emails to them. The last email was insulting Cathy said we will offer you 15%. I spent £35 on that dress, so they were offering £5.25 for it if I were to keep the dress - to save me returns costs and possible customs charges! THE CHEEK!

On to of all that they put pressure on you to send it within 15 days of receipt or they will not process the refund!

Still going back and forth with no resolve. I now have to wait for them to email me a returns label to CHINA.

I am following on from my review of 23 June and to confirm the end result of the saga of the £40 refund. I have just this morning received the return items I sent to Damensein for a refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A CON AND SHOULD BE REPORTED. They have no intention of reimbursing you. It is amusing to see their sickly reply to my first review. They do not give you the time of day. I am still waiting for a £40 refund.
Be warned everyone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IF YOU CAN CALL THEM THAT.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. ordered a nice looking dress which was simply cheap tat and not worth more than a tenth of the cost. it took 10 emails over 8 days to get the company to reply. they refused to give me return address and offered 25% discount then refused to pay the refund. After another 10 emails I finally got the address and returned it at considerable cost via tracked delivery, to find the company simply refused my parcel and sent it back to me 4 months later. I cannot get a refund from company. this company is dishonest and rips people off. DO NOT USE - you have been warned. want to give it no stars but cannot.

Oh I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered 🤬exactly the same problem, clothes didn't fit returned them to China paid £20 to return them via Royal Mail track and trace, then after 1 month gets an email saying some nonsense about 180 days regarding the refund, what???? and telling me to use PayPal but it will cost 4.4% to complete the transaction. Well I don't use PayPal, there crap as well, so if anyone is thinking of buying from this thieving, inept, useless, shambolic company, don't!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Avoid them like we tried to when they gave the country coronvirus.

Would give this company a minus rating if I could!! I ordered 3 garments, one of them the material was so thin you could see through it. The sizes on the website are also incorrect. The garments all come up a lot smaller than advertised. Company would not pay for return shipping. I had to pay return shipping of £16 and still have an ongoing claim with Paypal to get my money back. Would not buy from this company again. AVOID.

I ordered a product from coffeewafer while I was on Facebook one day ,,, it has been almost 2 months since placed my order,,and I still haven’t received it,, cannot get any tracking destination info,,, so I emailed support and asked them what is going on with my order,, I received a email back stating they would look into what was going on,, and to email them back if I didn’t hear from them within 48 hours... 3 days later I sent another email,,, no answer,, sent another email everyday since and they still will not answer me... do not buy anything from this website unless u want to get ripped off ... it’s all a !#%@! scam

Do not buy from this company: as well as losing your money you will undoubtedly be supporting modern slavery: do you think a shirt sold for £8 was made by someone paid a decent wage, working in acceptable conditions?

I bought an item from here but it was the wrong colour. I asked for a different colour 2 minutes after I pressed the button but they refused then. I told them I'd have to return it so what is the point of sending the wrong one but they said no, even though it was 2 minutes after I ordered it! So when it came, I returned it to the address on the parcel label in the UK as there was no other address on the paperwork. They have now told me that because I didn't return it to China, I am not allowed an exchange or refund. This can't be fair in UK Law? They are operating like a scam company and I am going to report them and will get my money back. They are just after your money. Avoid them.

I would give no stars if possible. Huge delays and rubbish quality. Can Trading Standards not address?

Negative 5 stars not possible. This activity should be illegal. I'd rather be mugged in the street - at least I wouldn't feel duped. I mean how is a company legally allowed to advertise a product and send some crap that looks nothing like it. I'm just putting this down to a scam and cutting my losses.

Badly made items arrived where only one thing fit due to poor quality
Followed return policy and now they are saying I've not kept within 7 day rule. Forwarded evidence of email trail to them, where they have refused.
No complaints procedure on the website
Utterly disgusting and relieved to see other bad experiences noted on here.

I requested return on 7th July, you replied on 8th July offering discount but I replied on 8th saying I wanted return address still.
I didn't get the return address and emailed you on: 13th, 15th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 25th. I have all these emails as evidence and your replies. You have not followed your procedure

I’m waiting for them to send me an address to send two pairs of sandals back.
One even hasn’t got the elastic sewn to 2 sides of the sandal.
Of course there’s a bloody problem with the sandal code & we are exchanging numerous emails to each other.
God help me with you all expressing night mare problems.

Looks nothing like it does on the website. Both long dresses are made in very poor material (image implies a linen/cotton blend) when I got "blended cotton" which is basically a shiny t-shirt material and polyester dresses! Weren't even good for cleaning with. Complete waste of money

CRIMINALS - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
The quality of their clothing is appalling and sizing is non existent. I requested a return to then be offered all sorts of discounts to keep items which I refused. Why would I keep them if they don't fit!! I then spent almost £20 returning the items to China at the beginning of March, and have been chasing for my refund ever since, while tracking the delivery via Royal Mails website, which clearly showed it arrived on 27th March. Today the parcel turned up on my doorstep marked RETURN. So not only do I not have a refund, I also wasted £20 postage and have a pile of nasty badly made, ill fitting rags returned to me. Damensein customer services is a joke, but strangely enough today I received a reply saying they had not received my return. Funny that!!!!!
Update on my situation. Damensein have now ceased all communication, I have only been offered a 35% refund. For a full refund they are insistent I send back to China again. They cannot fulfill their side of the contact of a full refund as Chinese customs are not letting parcels through and they won't accept returns to their UK dispatch hub and are insistent on return direct to China.

Warning this company is in CHINA and dreadfull to deal with.
I bought four ladies blouses for £35 plus shipping.
They took 8 weeks to arrive.
Very poor quality.
Material is not good quality, does not look anything like as good as in the photographs.
Their size guide is no good.
I did not realize it was from China until after I placed the order.
Returns are very expensive and at your cost and it looks like from other reviews they deny receiving them.
Looks like I have spent £45 on four cleaning cloths.

Wish id seen the reviews first.AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT UK BASED THEY ARE FROM CHINA . I ordered a t-shirt and red sparkly sneakers , The T shirt is not cotton and after 44 days i am still waiting for the sneakers. The tracking number does nothing. Have opened a dispute with PAYPAL as paid via PAYPAL for protection. IF i do not get mymoneyt back I am taking the company to trading standards. \I too was fooled by the lovely website DONT MAKE SAME MISTAKE AS ME. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE CONNING US.

BAD BAD BAD please read this before you even look on this shocking website, DO NOT be drawn in like I were with the lovely design and quality clothing, Trust me and all the other reviews I hope you are reading they are appalling, in design and quality, they vaguely resemble the pictures on the website ONLY by colour (Even that is objectionable in some items) I bought a couple of items and wanted to return, only to be told I’d have to pay return postage and duty TO CHINA...well that’s says it all even though I was duped into thinking it was a U.K. company, even PayPal will not refund you, PLEASE read the small print (I didn’t and that’s why I’m leaving this review) HORRIBLE MONEY GRABBING COMPANY

Please stop sending me stupid, meaningless replies to my emails. You have no intention of refunding my money. If I can stop it happening to others that's enough for me. You should NOT be trading in any form whatsoever......you are robbers simple as.
