We started Daisy Park because we love shopping! When it comes to the internet, we wanted to capture the buzz and excitement that you get when you buy from a shop. We want your internet shopping to be personal. We started small in 2007 with a market stall and learned our trade from the bottom up. We now have a beautiful lifestyle store in South Molton, Devon and the Daisy Park website selling goodies that we love ourselves, and that we would be really excited about to have in our own home. But it’s not just about the products we sell; we set out to make our service the best it could be. So whether ordering online or buying in store we'll be delighted to see or hear from you. A business that cares about its customers
I ordered a gift from Daisy Park that was not delivered due to an incomplete address (completely my fault). I contacted Emma to explain the situation and she responded almost instantly with advice and also what she thought might happen next. I waited a few days more when Royal Mail advised me to ask the seller to raise a claim so I again contacted Emma, asked her to claim on my behalf and, if possible, send out my order again. I’m delighted to say I received the parcel today, as promised, which was a lovely surprise. This is a small business that is clearly very close to it’s customers and their experiences, I will definitely shop with them again, thanks so much for going the extra mile to help me 😊
