I suggest some areas for improvement. Contact is not as fluid as expected. I also had issues with my password that took me some time to be solved. It’s not that easy to see and review my orders in the web page. I had to request feedback about when and how I am going to get my tickets and instructions, as it was not a piece of info provided when the purchase was completed. And I want to receive all my tickets electronically but I don’t have the option to do it at the web. In summary, a very good option to be able to get tickets, but not as friendly as expected (more considering the price). Hope it helps improve.

Clear website, easy to navigate, quick response via chat.

Bought tickets through Faye at Daimani for Chris Brown concert, it was quick and easy process. Any queries i had before and after the purchase of my tickets i got an immediate response. The vip seats we were offered at the o2 was top class great view and access to the the amex lounge which meant we could eat and drink with little waiting time. This was definitely best experience i have had at the o2 with a great performance from Chris Brown. Thank you Faye and Daimani it was deifnitely worth the money!

Very easy process for booking

Easy to book and gave me the options I was looking for.

I am, overall, very happy with the process of buying hospitality tickets. However, I am still awaiting notification of how I will receive the tickets a week after purchase.

website was easy to navigate and help was provided timely. I could not complete my order on a desktop computer and used by mobile device instead. Desktop issue could not be resolved by helpdesk or removing cache. otherwise all went well

I got in touch with DAIMANI due to wanting to take my son to his first Man United game. I dealt with Faye who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and went through the options I had within my budget.

I decided to go with the Kit Room hospitality option which was fantastic. There was a great range of food available which was complimentary pre match with a large cash bar too which meant the queue was never too long to get a drink. There was also plenty of space and seating which was great as Old Trafford on the day had a near full attendance. There was also complimentary hot drinks at half time and as we were able to go back to hospitality, we had plenty of time to go in, have a drink and head back out before the second half began.

Thank you Faye and DAIMANI for giving us a great and memorable experience. I will definitely be looking to you again for future experiences.
