Bought Crystal Palace tickets away to Liverpool. After showing as pending for months in the account, on the day of the match they disappeared. After a frustrating morning the matter was finally resolved with replacement tickets sorted. The last person I dealt with by email was helpful.

When at the turn style the bar code did not scan and I was told to go to the ticket office who confirmed they were fake and I was refused entry.

As someone who was coming from overseas…
As someone who was coming from overseas just for this game it was a nerve wrecking experience. To reassure folks from the US tickets will come only 24 hours before the game. That’s all to say is that JC was extremely kind, courteous and super helpful. While we didn’t get the result we were hoping for I’m glad I went through this website. JC was also kind enough and got us free beers as we had to arrive early. Overall 5/5
