DAIMANI 

I purchased Hospitality tickets for the SA Vs IRE Game at the Stade De France from DAIMANI and was very pleased with the overall experience! After a delay in tickets being distributed by RWC 23 the sales team (Faye) were great on providing me with updates about the status of my tickets and when I should receive them, of which they then followed. The hospitality was as described and I wouldn’t hesitate to use DAIMANI again.

Daimani is always very attentive and all the information is very precise. I just miss the paper tickets… time long gone…

Easy to navigate the site and very well set out with the relevant information needed to make the best decision.

Booking was easy after a call with the company.

In June 2022 I purchased and paid in full for two RWC Wales tickets for this coming Sunday.
Over £2k spent for hospitality packages Du Manoir Inc a free gift, e tickets with gold seating and food and beverages etc.
A gift for a very special Welsh man.
We fly out to France tomorrow, yet we still don't have our e tickets. Concerning.
I have chased and their polite replies advising its a France ticketing issue.
Let's see. I truly hope the suprise gift I purchased over 12 mths ago doesn't turn out to me my suprise on me.

Thankyou to all at Daimani for quick replies and confirmation of the etickets. They were received after this was written, and even though later than expected, there all the same.
We can now relax and look forward to the free gift (unsure what this may be) and Hospitality in Lyon.
Daimani, it's ashame we had to chase for updates but, when asked, you did provide us with what you knew. Seems the delay has been totally out of your control. I can only hope the rest of our experience meets the high standards you clearly have. Come on Wales!

Firstly,No free Gift was given to me, there was no one to direct me to the VIP entrance thus I had to walk to 4 different entrances wait in a Q and get turned away and no one person could explain, I currently unable to walk due to an Achilles injury and not one staff offered to help me even though I was clearly struggling. I would have rathered not spend 800 euro for this experience great seats but no extras were given as per the advert when I bought it.

Very quick process to book and receive confirmation that all everything was completed.

The friendly welcome, the great location and of course the game itself

The event was good organized and the staff was very friendly, but the CADENCE CLUB location was every day overcrowded, too many people for too few places. In our opinion, the price for the tickets and the CLUB experience is far too high.

It was non-existent. The chat bot couldn’t answer anything and no responses from your “24-hour customer service”. It’s only a wild guess if I get what I needed. Not a good experience so far.
