I purchased a new tv & sound system from Dacombes. The whole process from visiting the shop & getting great advice on what would be best for me, to the installation & set up process was professional and very helpful.

From the first contact in store Mark was brilliant with his knowledge about the product and went through the ordering process.He went on to book the products in for delivery after they received them and was very flexible on dates as we're 30 miles from the store. The two delivery lads that turned up set up my products and went through the products with me,very cheerful and professional and would really recommend this company when thinking of buying their products.

Excellent company, great service and prompt delivery.Just had an integrated fridge freezer delivered 8th March , only purchased it on Saturday 6th .Paid for installation , worth every penny , very proffessional guys and did an amazing job , no mess no fuss , knew what they were doing , it's our 2nd purchase since moving to Dorset, we won't look any where else in the future , can highly recommend .

Great service from an extremely reliable local business. Phoned to say they were on their way to deliver 👍🏻, picked up my old machine for recycling👍🏻and delivered the new appliance into the garage👍🏻. All performed with great care and politeness. I had the appliance installed and connected within 20 mins and initiated the first cleaning program. Perfect 👌🏻

Our home is difficult to access but the two gentlemen coped brilliantly and cheerfully..They then had to fit the appliance into a difficult space, making many adjustments and three trips to a van parked along the road!
