The on-line ordering process was simple and straightforward. I was disappointed not to receive any acknowledgement for a few days and then it was just an email from Cyclesense with no order information. I received another email telling me the order had been processed but no information about expected delivery time, carrier, etc.
The order arrived within the stated time frame but the boxes inside were a bit bashed about inside the jiffy bag although the 2 quick release skewers were absolutely fine.
As I say, fair service but not great. Great price for the skewers, though!

Went on the website, wish was extra easy to navigate. Ordered what I wanted, got a call to confirm it was all in place. When I called with a question they were really nice and friendly and got my bike trailer when I was told I'd get it. Would definitely use you again! !

I have purchased two touring expedition bikes from Cyclesense and always found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable of the product. The point I make below is minor and I still rate the shop at 5 stars.

My only criticism is that the specification of the second bike was a little different from the manufacturer's web site, and I did not discover this until after the purchase. This was the make of wheellock, which was changed from Abus to Trelock, which resulted in my original security chain did not fit and I had to purchase a new one.

This was my first order from the store.kept me informed of the progress of the order, arrived well packaged and an excellent product which was a Busch and Muller bar end mirror for drop bars, best drop bar mirror by far.

I got a great deal on a bike trailer from cyclesense. Great speedy dispatch and good contact from the team when I had issues. Only 4 stars because
-One item unavailable
-bike trailer had dodgy bolt and german instructions
All issues were fixed very quickly by team.

I was looking for a specific bulb for my bike. I found it at a very competitive price on Cyclesense's website, ordered it Sunday evening and received it Tuesday morning. They sent me email updates about processing and sending my order. All in all, I could't have asked for a better service.

Easy way of buying bikes that for different reason may not be on sale in your country. Easy ordering and good shipping service by UPS.

Received phone calls to let me know their supplier had let them down (twice) sending the wrong item. I had another call to let me know the correct item had arrived and was in the post.

Took a while to receive my order but that wasn't a problem and the personal contact was excellent

We have been looking for a croozer kid 2 for a while now but they are so expensive. cyclesense had a great bank holiday special deal so we snapped it up in an instant. The whole transaction was so simple and fast with a good secure payments area and fantastic customer service finished off with super quick delivery.

I've cycled past Cyclesense many times when ive been on rides but never went in it. I needed a rear stay dynamo mount from B&M that i couldnt find anywhere and Cyclesense had it. Bought it and it arrived in no time, fitting was easy and a lot better than the one i had before. Next time i cycle past ill probably go in.
