Had a problem with my defy seat post, gave John a ring and it was dealt with straight away. First class service on a first class bike. Very grateful to the Cyclesense crew, wouldn't go anywhere else 👏

There were some delivery problems (not the fault of Cyclesense) but Paul and John could not have been more helpful in getting a replacement bike sent as soon as possible. Courteous, friendly and communicative. Outstanding service.

Great service from the guys at cyclesense. Paul called after I’d paid for the bike to check I was happy with everything. Turned out I’d ordered a frame too large for my height. Paul advised and recommend the correct frame even though at the time he didn’t know if he had a medium in stock and hence could have lost the sale. They did have a medium and it was shipped very quickly. Very well boxed out with minimal work needed to return the bike to its shop status. Couldn’t be happier with the product and the service from cyclesense.

Just wanted to feedback on the brilliant service provided by Paul and the team after my purchase of a Van Nicolas Deveron last year. Paul was great in listening to my requirements and answering questions, communication was excellent throughout and I have been thrilled with the bike which has completed several thousand miles of touring uneventfully so far. For anyone looking at a new bike purchase I couldn’t recommend a better establishment!

Really great customer service experience. I enquired about a product they didn't even have listed on their website. Paul said, let me look into this and I'll see if I can source it for you. Came back to me very quickly and said we'll have it in a couple of weeks for you. Sure enough 2 weeks later Paul emailed to let me know it was now on the website. My order has now been placed. Look forward to receiving the Hebie prop stand. Thanks guys

Had an issue with my order, there was a slight issue do with IT which meant that the issue was not raised with them but once informed of the issue cyclesense were very knowledgeable and helpful

Ordered some gear I couldn't find in the U.S. It arrived in a matter of days, well packed and in perfect shape. I'm impressed and will be back.

We were very last minute deciding to buy our daughter a new frog bike for Christmas. To make things more difficult she only wanted a specific colour. I could find none locally (Hertfordshire) but cyclesense came through for us. Ordered on the Friday - delivered on the Tuesday In time for Christmas. Thoroughly recommend, excellent service!
