great service, would recommend and use again

The CyberPowerPC web site gives you plenty of choice, when deciding what to put into your custom PC. When it came to building my PC, the graphics card was out of stock, but they offered me a more expensive equavalent card. The delivered PC is of great quality, and I'm very pleased with it. The installation guide was easy to follow, and trouble free.

Had some questions. All answered quickly. Delivery was quick and PC was easy to set up. Was missing a small part and that was dispatched for next day delivery. All good and happy

Unfortunately, I’ve not got my PC on Saturday as I requested. I’m not sure, that it’s cyberpower’s fault, however it happened. I was waiting my parcel exactly
on Saturday, because it’s free… In general I think all good (at this moment)

Easy to navigate, sometimes lid prices for the performance and great customer support.

I bought a pc on january on amazon. A few weeks later i noticed that the pc’s price went down. As amazon let me return the pc according to their policy i asked cyberpower if they could refund the difference so i don’t return the pc and buy a new one at a better price . Cyberpower agreed a waited until i could not return the pc anymore (according to amazon return policy) to rise the price up and then tell me that they cannot process the refund as the price has never went down (which is wrong)

The website is layed out perfectly and made very easy to pick the PC i wanted then adjust a few of the specs to suit my personal choice, was easy right from setting up an account to the delivery of my pc, had enough information on the ordered process and given plenty of information for after care, well packaged and turned up before the due date, very professional and would use them again!

Ease use of web page, wether your looking for pre built or custom pc, or parallels, got intouch with them and within 24hrs got email back and they kept intouch from start to finish all the way to delivery, so id highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Ordered pc just before 1400 and delivered next day by 1000. Great quality machine, Son really happy as he’s been saving for this for months!

Hi. We bought a PC through our local Argos. You get a lot for your money! The PC arrived much quicker than expected. The build quality was excellent. Very easy to install an additional hard disk. We had a small niggle and contacted Cyberpower through their support page. We had a reply from Ryan the following morning (today) and he was very helpful and for us, the niggle was resolved. Must say, compared to other PC's we've bought over the years, the speed and accuracy of the response was impressive. We will definitely use them again when we upgrade other machines within the family :)

Customer support was extremely responsive and kept me well informed throughout, my problem is now solved.

I’ve been thinking about a gaming pc setup for a couple of months, once looking about and comparing prices I decided I would purchase from cyber power uk.
I initially e-mailed the customer support asking for a little bit of advice, I believe I received a reply from a guy called ‘Allen’ who said the pc I’m looking at was decent but he actually recommended a different pc based on my needs.
I then placed my order within the week, the website was easy to navigate and I was able to add a monitor, headset, keyboard and mouse to my order. It did recommend specific monitors and accessories which would work well with the pc I had chosen.
The whole process was pretty easy and straightforward and I have received lots of information and emails about my order.
I’m very happy with the overall process and device I’ve received so far. I would recommend cyber power pc 👍🏻 I’m very happy and can’t wait to receive my order and start gaming!!

CyberPowerPC UK has a strong security policy for processing payments for purchases. This is reassuring, but a little slow. Communications on progress are very good.

I made a mistake on my end and the customer service team were amazing and responded very quickly to help me and sorted out the problem instantly
