This is my second build from CyberPower. Very user friendly website allowed me to build my desktop to the specs I wanted. High quality brand name hardware at reasonable prices. Very pleased.

Very easy to use website, selections were well explained. This is the 3rd PC I've bought from CyberPower PC.. I've been very happy with ALL of them. On top of my generally super-positive reaction to the PC itself, it also arrived much earlier than expected!

it took toooooooo long to prebiuld it and atfer waited 3 months they said you have to change the color from white to black because of parts shortage

then after 5 days of working with it it broke down and we have to ship it back to you to fix it its BS

Overall, I’m extremely happy with both the system and the service. CyberPowerPC made the entire experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a custom build done right.

I've been buying from CyberPowerPC for my last several computers and haven't had a single issue with any of them. Each one came configured right and ran great from day one. What keeps me coming back is the price for power user specs, they consistently beat anything else I can find online. You get a custom-built machine that works without the hassle of building it yourself.

Happy with the overall experience. Wish there were still more case options for those of us that are not looking for gaming cases. The vast amount of selections were drive bay limited so I had to make adjustments to my environment. Prices were still competitive.

1. Gaming PC bought in 2013 - in 2023 could NOT Load Win10 due to BIOS not being able to be updated - while 20 Yr. old Dell PCs upgrade to Win10 without issues.
2. Gaming PC bought in 2023 had a BIOS problem and Support insructed me to Flash BIOS, causing hours of wasted time with no solution.
3. 3rd. Support Rep suggested to replace CMOS Battery, which was the solution.
Way-too rapidly aging BIOS and useless Support caused me to by next PC from another company.

No problems at all! Ran like a champ on first boot and everything hooked up easily and smoothly. Windows remembered all of my favorites and stuff, so I was surfing immediately.

We got our computers fast and even dealt with some initial issues with our bank not allowing my limit to increase, as soon as the limit was fixed our order was out the door.

Quick, responsive support answered all my questions and helped me resolve any issues I was having. Website is pretty straight forward and easy to navigate, was able to configure my first custom PC with no issue. The PC itself came out great, happy to be playing on my new system :)

Everything works great. Fast delivery. price was great for the times. Wish the ready to ships came with the game codes but that's no problem.

This is the 4th PC I've purchased from CyberPowerPC, and the experience has always been great. There is no where else I've ever seen that allows you to customize everything to get the exact PC you want, and have it fully built and tested before you get it. Great communication about order status, and in this case it was shipped and received well ahead of the date promised.

ordered a pre made system and it was delivered in 2 days as promised. The computer was as advertised and everything worked perfectly out of the box. The computer was packaged well and arrived undamaged.
