Very loud 3.5k PC

I ordered a very expensive PC on 7/18. The price of that PC is $3450. I hand picked every detail on the configuration.
It arrived on 7/31 and I was extremely disappointed. First of all they put my expensive CPU cooling system in the package and when I called they told me that it didn't fit inside the case. Why the heck would you add it then to you config if it's not compatible? And why was I charged more for it?
But this is a very little problem compared to what happened next.
When I turned it on it started to make noise like a jet engine. That's insane, my wife walked into the room and asked if this thing going to fly somewhere or what.
I called tech support but they were unable to help me. Since when I do any changes on BIOS or motherboard app it doesn't change anything at all. Still the exact same noise.
What I don't understand how could it pass two so-called QC which are showing on their website.

This company was suggested to me and I'm thrilled I listened.

It was easy to choose and place the order. They kept me updated on the progress of finalizing the order and when it would ship and be received.
The computer is everything and more than what I expected. I am very pleased with my experience with cyberpowerpc and will definitely use them again when I need a new computer.

I’ve been really happy with my CyberPowerPC gaming desktop so far. It arrived in great condition, was packaged well, and the setup was quick and easy. I just plugged everything in, turned it on, and was ready to go.

The performance has been awesome. It runs all the games I play smoothly, and I haven't had any issues with lag or crashes. I also like that it uses standard PC parts, so if I ever want to upgrade the RAM, storage, or graphics card, it won't be difficult.

Overall, it's been a great purchase and exactly what I was looking for. If you're thinking about getting a prebuilt gaming PC, I'd definitely recommend CyberPowerPC based on my experience.

This company is always consistent

I’ve bought 4 computers and every experience has been amazing. I will definitely be coming back when I decide to upgrade again! Solid support, solid quality, and good shipping as well. You will find horror stories with any company, but their record for me has been great.

Great build, great price.

I am very pleased with my build so far! Gaming performance and temps are fantastic, the build was very professional and clean. Packaging was great, received without any damage. The sales department were very nice and I was actually able to speak with real human beings when I reached out. This is now my 3rd PC from Cyberpower over the years and I would highly recommend them.

Very happy!!!

I've been wanting a gaming PC for years. This was a dream come true when I finally got to buy this. I was gonna buy a custom PC that had the exact specs of these so when I found this ready prebuilt on sale, I bought it as soon as possible. Shipped quickly and set up was easy . Just- I adore how smoothly everything runs and I adore the design and look and everything. This PC makes me happy. I can finally play with my friends for once!

Buyer Beware

Bought a custom PC from CyberPowerPC that was defective out of the box. After thorough troubleshooting on my end — swapping monitors, cables, reseating the card, reinstalling drivers — the fault was clearly hardware. Their own warranty service confirmed it: they replaced the video card, replaced the RAM, and repaired the case. Essentially a rebuild of a machine that was days old.

Two problems. First, I had to pay out of pocket to ship a defective product to them for warranty service — a defect I didn't cause and documented from day one. Second, they returned the machine with a destroyed Windows install: locked out at login, network drivers dead, forcing a complete OS reinstall and days rebuilding my software environment.

I asked only for reimbursement of my shipping cost. Not my time, not the reinstall — just the shipping on a product that was defective when it arrived. They refused and closed the case. Their machines may be fine when they work, but know going in: if yours ships defective, you pay to fix their mistake, and their warranty service may hand you back a bigger problem than you sent them.

Custom computer is exactly what we got

The computer is exactly what we wanted. I liked the communications CyberPowerPC as it was being built. I feel that the communication with UPS could be improved. The cables were in a second box delivered later than the computer. Also, the computer came outside of the delivery window and was dropped off at the front door without being signed for. We came home from an appointment and found it on the porch, with CYBERPOWERPC written on the box in writing visible from down the street. I actually made sure to be home to wait for the delivery and didn't need to.

Wasn't happy with how the computer arrived. The round part that shows temperature, usage, fan speeds was not attached by anything other than the power wire and the hoses. It was flopping loose. There is a screw inside somewhere rattling around and the screen on the top has a hole in it.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, I purchased a used c series computer. It was missing the wrap around side/front glass. Instead of letting me know they could not help I was dragged along multiple days of emails until it ended with I must purchase a new case and there are no replacements. This could have been told to me at the start instead of getting my hopes up.

Please read, this is what happens after the warranty expires!

I got a $4200 Gaming Laptop in Sept 2024. It had the TRACER Series Liquid Cooling kit installed in it. After only 19 months, the Cooling unit just stopped working. I contacted Customer Support and they said that the 12-month warranty has passed so they cannot help me. I told them that I just needed to buy a new cooling Unit, it was $150 when I got it and if the warranty expired for parts, not service, I would just buy a new cooling unit. They said they don’t sell just the cooling unit. The problem is that no other company makes that cooling unit or one that will replace it. So, now my laptop is now basically just for checking email because it has no cooling. There is no replacement from other companies and they won’t sell it. If they had told me that after the 12 month warranty, if anything happens, they wouldn’t even sell me parts and I can’t get them anywhere else I would have never got that laptop. Who would? Be careful because the warranty says that it does not include notebooks, workstations and supercomputers after 12 months. However, they did sell me free shipping for the 2nd year of my warranty. So that is just them taking more money because they will not provide a warranty for laptops, (the warranty says notebooks but as soon as its broke, it is a notebook, when they sell it, it's a gaming laptop.) That’s so misleading and dishonest. They won’t even SELL me the part I need. I was happy when I got it, now I am pissed. This is the review I wish I found before I spent my money with them. After the warranty is over, you can't even get parts for your computer.
