Please go elsewere

Purchased a pc 9 days ago, it was shipped and delivered with the power lead inside the case bouncing around off the motherboard (great start) from there 8 days of hell with black screens and usb ports disconnecting randomly, then when I was resetting windows to do a return the pc up and dies on me and now just left with a red and yellow light on the motherboard and the pc will not boot, they are now saying it has to be returned in ALL original packaging and the expanding foam bag inside, this is were it gets funny as the expanding foam bag once removed will NOT go back in. I can feel a court case for a refund brewing here

Absolutely avoid them

Absolutely avoid this company.
I purchased a prebuilt gaming system spending thousands of bucks. You would think that a prebuilt system would be working, right? Well, think again.
After months of my PC freezing and rebooting randomly and trying to talk to their tech service again and again, which was quite useless, I figured they sent a bad Power Supply Unit. Their customer service is a joke.

AVOID CYBERPOWER PC

I ordered a gaming computer for my son for Christmas; it was over $4.5k, a huge thing for him. It arrived a few days before Christmas with a broken motherboard (likely due to their shipping procedures of mailing the card installed and then forcing packaging material in there). I sent the machine back for them to replace the board and when it returned (its 3rd transit by company policy mandated ground ups) it arrived back with a broken video card. The card powered the display when the board was broken, but did not do so when it was returned to me (again probably because of their shipping methodology and the card's weight). They asked me to send the card back, when they received it back, I was told the card was out of stock and that it would take another month for me to get one unless I agreed to a different card. I agreed to the different card. They notified me two days later that they checked the broken card I sent back and said they "will no longer replace the broken card because the card was broken", which is beyond frustrating. I asked if I could return the computer and get a refund, they replied that I was now beyond the 45 day window, it was then 60 days since purchase because of the repair time on their side and the slow UPS shipping they use. I reached out to their disputes department and they agreed that day to send me the replacement option for the broken card, I accepted it again; but no card was shipped. I called them almost daily asking for a tracking number, to be told it was being tested, then it failed testing but that it was a similar card that they waited for that failed and not the replacement card they had proposed and not to worry they had many of the replacement options and again said they would send it. Another week went by still no tracking number. At that point it was over 3 months since I ordered a computer and several weeks since they agreed to send me a replacement card. So I was forced to chargeback the computer on my credit card. Issuing the chargeback evoked a response from them but how can I trust anything they offer, I am leaving it to my credit card company to handle. I hope you all have better luck with some place else. Side annoyance, their lead RMA guy was about as rude as he was ineffectual.

Terrible PC

The PC I was sold started to show faults when I sent it away to be repaired it was (Apparently) damaged future. Had to buy a new display case. While thinking they we're also repaired the HDMI port and graphics card as the card was broken. The system kept having something called the black screen of death. That started after having oy for 3 months. Short story Do not by a PC from this company it will cost a fortune and you'll be left with a device that was faulty from the start and eventually be left with a very expensive night light.

Do not buy from this company absolutely joke.

Your junk

Put this computer I Best Buy I made after putting in all the software it worked for about 2 hours after that when you would go to start it you get a clicking sound and if you smack them on the side sometimes it would come on. After contacting their support department and putting up with their rudeness and unwillingness to do something about it. Beware don't even consider it. Fortunately as I said I bought it at Best Buy and they gave me a refund. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Customer service is not their best…

Customer service is not their best quality! You get responses like this,"As I stated before, the receipt was due within 15 days from when it was asked for." When I asked her a question she asked me what is my question?!?

Wouldn’t even give them one start scam artists

Wouldn’t even give them one start! Would never buy from this company again I have a PC that does not work that I had to send to them at my cost and then they dropped it in there wear house a week later told me it was damaged in transit of which I was going to have to fit the bill! After so say “fixing” my PC sent it back with the same problems went to them with which now there blaming my equipment that works fine on other computers? Had the PC looked at by someone else that’s now told me a 4 year could of built it better and hoped I didn’t spend a lot on it! Gutted that it’s my sons computer for home schooling and now have to pay for another company to put every right! Bag of SH****! Reporting to trading standards and now looking to get my money back through credit card! You’ve been warned don’t buy from these people!
