I have to say it was a fabulous service easy to order & personalise, delivery was up to date information the T-shirt was just lovely a little thin but it washes weil & the transfer is still perfect, the quality is very good for the price & i will be buying again so its a must buy!

My wife ordered 3 "Personalised Crystal whisky Glasses" the quality of the item is nothing like this company advertises, the glass is a basic quality and the so called 3D engraving is rubbish the glass has become frosted around the engraving and the general quality is not fit for purpose, My wife paid £60 for 3 so called Crystal glasses and that was probably £57 too much...the items supplied are rubbish..Tried to contact Customchic 3 times and surprisingly no reply...Keep Away..

Found a present for my wife for our 5th wedding anniversary which is wood in the UK
Which was ideal as I had no idea what to get 😔 it's personalised & made from real wood,was able to get a preview of how it would look & All ordered and purchased in less than 5 minutes,

From ordering online to receiving the item, all went smoothly. The website was easy to navigate with an impressive range of products at seemingly fair prices. Delivery time was updated well, and the item was received well packaged. On opening the package, I was truly blown away with the product. Way better than I expected, especially as it's a sentimental item. The quality of finish, the weight, the presentation was so much better than I expected, and had many appreciative comments. Am looking forward to ordering other products, and now have no worries about having to return the item using the excellent returns policy.

This seller was great I made an error on ordering my keyring as my husband ordered it aswell but the seller refunded the money straight away and as for the keyring its brilliant and worth the money ,if you need anything personalised this is the company to buy from ,thankyou

Excellent. I made a mistake on the delivery address and it was rectified immediately.

I have tried contacting these people, what I ordered was not what I received as in my previous reviews.
I have been in touch with trading standards. I have also sent a letter to the address on their website.

After doing a google search on this address I suspect this has nothing to do with this business they are using a false address as it comes up as Holland Road stays on Booking.com

There’s not much I can say out the product as this was bought for a present & this ladies birthday has not happened yet so I’ve still got it..but I am pleased with it. It was delivered & handed to my brother in law..it was about an hour later than the time you had posted. Apart from that everything was ok
