We had Pete/Custombuilt to do our double storey and single storey extension, plus complete renovation of our 1930's home. Pete project managed the whole thing as well as constructing the timber frame extension and doing a lot of the build himself/with his team. He was on site everyday, doing as well as overseeing other aspects. He arranged for some jobs to be outsourced but used his trusted trades for this. His communication was second to none - kept us in the loop as we weren't on living on site. Plenty emails, what's apps and phone calls - talked us through each part of the process, which was very reassuring particularly when your spending large sums of money! There was barely a snag list at the end as he was so thorough but the little things there were got sorted super quick. Would highly recommend using Custombuilt/Pete, had complete trust in him and we have a beautiful home as a result. Thank you.

We required a single storey extension building to the side of our house to include a Toilet, Shower and sink unit. Pete arrived as promised to look over the site and offered advice on how this could be achieved.
Throughout the building process, there was constant communication, all Electrics, Plumbing, Plastering, windows, door and groundwork were arranged through Custombuiltltd. We now have a nice new usable space.

Pete came recommended to us for his workmanship. He and his team moved an oak internal, double door and adjusted a partition wall to accommodate it. They did a fantastic job. Great care and detail was taken and there was no rushing things. They made good afterwards and all in all provided a great service. I have no issues recommending Pete and his team and look forward to them coming back to help with other projects we have planned.

We had a two storey extension carried out by Custombuilt. Given it is an older house we had some unexpected issues appear and Pete and his team helped us deal with each. Nothing was too much trouble. Couldn't have asked for a more supportive builder.

We wanted an extension to our house to create a dinning room. I honestly had no idea where to start, so after making contact with a couple of companies Pete was very quick to come back to me. He helped design the ideas I had in my head and made the extension possible.

He talked me through permitted development or the need for planning permission. All the things that was jargon to me or out of my knowledge Pete would be there to support and make the extension work as smoothly as possible.
