I ordered two dresses from C & A online store, and even after 10 working days the order was not shipped which was promised to be delivered within 5 days. When I call customer service they don't speak English, and they simply cut the call. One of the worst customer service I ever experienced. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE
They took my money and never delivered
I placed order 1354290039 in December and even now I haven't received it. I have sent many emails to which I receive incoherent replies. They don't want to give me the product but also the money. It's the worst site I've ever ordered from. Don't make the mistake I did.
Treat customers as an annoyance
They don't bother with customer service or seem to make the connection that customers pay their wages. Quality is quite low depending what you buy though.
Buyer beware!
Buyer beware, this online shop is terrible. First, they took over a week to get my order to me. Second, the shirt was too small, so I tried to return it to a local store and get the right size, but I could not do that. I then returned it to the online shop with my receipt, and still, they would only refund me the sale price, i.e. "the current value," which was 50% less than what I paid. I have never heard of a store doing that when you have a receipt for what you have paid. Never again will I order from them.

Got meaningless email about delivery. Tried to follow up with GLS courier. Whole day wasted waiting for the product with nothing to show for. GLS dispatch was nothing short of rude. C&a never again! Give me back my money!!
They lie about delivery
They lie about delivery. I ordered from them because I thought that it’s gonna be delivered by normal courrier company - it was confirmed when I was making the order and also in my e-mail. However they handled the order to totally different delivery company in my country - this company happens to be local post which is the worst delivery company ever. I would never buy from the shop who deliver thru them and don’t have other option! This should be chrismtas gift but post never deliver orders in time so I doubt it’s gonna be for Christmas. Plus they never deliver order to your hand but they only let you the note and you must go to the post office which is amazing when we take into consideration that there is COVID and I must go to the crowdy post office even tho I should have delivery to my home! If I knew that it’s gonna be delivered by local post I would never order here but they wasn’t honest about delivering service. Never buy here again and I recommend you avoid them as well.

Instead of the ordered jacket i found kids-pyjamas in my package. I don't have to say that I'm very upset about this, especially since I needed the jacket for a special occasion and now I can't be sure if it will arrive in time. I will try to order the jacket a second time but after this I won't order there again.

Worst Online Shop! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS!
I ordered last night and I noticed that I wrote the wrong address. I immediately changed my address in my profile, but it wasn't changed automatically in my order. I immediately send them an email and I only got an automatic reply, so I decided to call them this morning as soon as possible. The customer service just told me that she can't do anything at all because it's already in the logistics and I paid through PayPal so I basically don't have any choice even to cancel my order. At 830 am she can't do anything to change the address of the items I ordered at 12 midnight.
It's so complicated that I need to wait for it to be delivered in the wrong address and check if they will send to a shop nearby so I can pick it up there or they will send it back to their office and wait for 8 days to get my money back. So the whole process will take probably 15 days or so for just a small mistake which I immediately corrected.
How is it not possible to make it easier for the customer??? Also the customer service hanged up on me because she said I don't understand which I perfectly understood what she said, but she doesn't know how to calm a customer also what she did was said sorry with a very mono tone voice not sympathetic at all like it's not her fault and can't do anything about it. You should train your agents well to deal with feelings and not be robotic. Well what can I expect. Everybody seems to be unsympathetic. So just make sure you don't make mistake on your online orders or better don't order at all!

Wanted to try on pair of jeans. Two assistants chatting next to the changing rooms, I was told the rooms were closed. They continued to chat about their night out! Disgraceful, left without buying.

I ordered 2 hats, and received only onewhich was very badly packed and hence damaged. I send them an email saying that i paid for items but received only one. They answered I should wait for the item to be availableagain without offering me a refund. The answer looked like they did not even understood the issue and sent me a standard answer.

After two weeks of waiting for delivery I was informed via e-mail that the items I ordered and paid for were sold out. It's been five weeks now and they still haven't returned my money. They aren't replying to my e-mails, I don't know what to do...
C&A does not deliver and keeps your money
I ordered a pair of pants about a month and a half ago. I got an email saying it was on its way from the warehouse using a 3rd party shipping company; however, a few days later, I got an email saying it was sent through a different company, which didn't contact me when the order was near my house, instead messaged me a day later saying I wasn't home and asked for more details. When I got back to them, they said the shipment was sent back to the C&A warehouse. However, they kept the money. Now we are waiting for a response, with more information, while they keep our money and product. And btw. the customer service is terrible; they don´t even provide support in the local language, which is against my country´s law.
Very bad service
Very bad service! I ordered a few things I wanted for my newborn. They took forever to send the things, when they arrived one item was missing, but I was charged a fee because apparently I had cancelled it, when in fact, my first invoice shows that I ordered it. When I called the customer service for help, they said they could not send me the item I wanted because they DO NOT DO THAT, I asked to talk to a supervisor but they DO NOT DO THAT, and asked to be refunded the charge which was an mistake and guess what, they DO NOT DO THAT. Horrible customer service from a girl called Anna, not helpful at all and needless to mention the policies of the company.
