I always look forward to travelling with cunard and enjoy the sense of occasion and dressing up in the evenings; to me it is part of the experience. However on our last Norway cruise on board Queen An... See more

Cunard Celebration
Another excellent trip with Cunard on board Queen Anne. We were treated like royalty in exquisite surroundings, food was fabulous with always plenty of choice, stateroom was spotlessly clean and serviced twice per day. My Mum's 93rd birthday was acknowledged and celebrated by all staff we came into contact with, making her feel like a Queen herself!

Just returned from a 5 night on QM2 and as always everything was perfect. Cunard staff are just always on top of everything, nothing is left to chance. Have another 2 on Mary this year and she is the most beautiful way to travel. Also 4 next year with Cunard and will not be trying any other cruise company because nothing could be better than Cunard.
Cunard are excellent
Cunard are excellent, we have been on a number of cruise lines over the past decade, Cunard are still the best at everything they do and value for money. Whilst there have been a few cut backs since Paul Ludlow took over nothing like what had happened to P&O

First time Cunard traveller- definitely not the last!
We booked an Eastbound Transatlantic crossing on the Queen Mary 2, to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary in style, in a Queens Grill Suite. We had never sailed with Cunard before (although had 4 cruises with other lines under our belt), and we now cannot envisage ever sailing with anyone other than Cunard! The whole experience was just outstanding - the iconic ocean liner QM2 was magnificent in every way, the staff were ALL outstanding and made us feel so special- especially on our “big day”, and the food was exquisite. I’m keeping this short because otherwise I would be here all day waxing lyrical! Suffice to say I highly recommend Cunard and can’t wait to experience my next Queen! Ps top tip- book the Behind the Scenes Tour as soon as you board. It absolutely blew our minds and made us appreciate the crew even more. (Note - it is 3 hours long and involves a LOT of walking /standing, but if you are able, it’s an absolute must do. And at the end you get champagne, sandwiches, cakes and a Q&A session with the captain!)
Service, food, ambience was fabulous
From start to finish the voyage, service & food was exceptional.
I’m not a person to go cruising but if I do it will definitely be on Cunard
A trip to remember
Cunard provided the highest level of service throughout the ship but especially in the main restaurants. The ship was well appointed, spotlessly clean and easy to get around.
Everything was so easy!
Everything was so easy! At our ages (80+) we weren’t sure about another cruise, but Cunard was the perfect choice! Embarkation, a snap! Our first dinner was excellent! (As were all meals during the cruise)
Celebrating our anniversary by taking Cunard to Alaska was perfect, and we splurged booking a Queens Grill suite, which was worth the extra $$. At the Queens Grill, our servers Glorio & Misra were attentive and speedy.
Alaska was spectacular, snow covered mountains and charming villages, wildlife everywhere. We enjoyed the scenery so much, the air seems so clean and refreshing.
Again, Cunard made debarking easy as can be, and with many taxis available we got to Seattle Union Station in 20 minutes. Bravo Cunard!!!
First time on Cunard.
From the moment we dropped our cases off at dockside till we picked them up again 5 days later, we were made to feel very special. We have cruised many times, but this was the first with Cunard and it certainly won't be the last. This was just a short four nighter with only one destination port, Zeebrugge, so it was more about the journey than the destination. And what a wonderful journey it was. We were on holiday and every crew member we interacted with wanted to make sure we enjoyed it. Queen Anne being the latest addition to the fleet has a perfect combination of style and class. The only proviso was the balcony stateroom. Although the walk in shower was a great addition, it did mean that there was not a lot of space between the bathroom and closets. or between the tv wall and the bed. Not a complaint, just a comment. Service was exceptional in the Britannia Restaurant. Great menus every night with something for everyone. Service was a little slow, but we were a party of 10. Entertainment was great, with the exception of the card throwing act, but some people seemed to be enjoying that! In short - I can't wait to get back on Cunard.
A fantastic experience
After cruising with lots of different companies this was my first time of Cunard and the Queen Anne. I was a little nervous about preconceptions I had about Cunard but I couldn't have been more suprised. Every part of my experience on board exceeded my expectations! A fantastic ship, the staff were great, the food amazing, entertainment fantastic especially the Golden Lion and the finishing touches perfect. Thankyou fir an amazing cruise and I will certainly be returning to Cunard
4 days for a small cruise
4 days for a small cruise
My first time on QA as I always like to go on Queen Mary and I must say there is a huge difference. I didn't like the Brittania Restaurant
- far too many tables and everyone feels packed it / it spoilt my trip to be honest.
The drinks package became an admin headache with 3 trips to the pursers office and the virtual queue booking system for dining was a mess for two nights
It was ok but it was not a 5 star treatment
I am
booked on QM2 for october and looking forward to that
I didn't like the design of the QA
The dress code was not adhered to and it frustrates me
The drinks menu choices at $13.50 were not displayed in many bars
The food and staff were great
But sorry Cunard you need to up your game to get me back on this ship
I don't suppose anyone will be bothered to answer the night mare of the virtual queue issue

Tired of travel? Turn to Cunard
Travel is grinding, but not so Cunard. From the dozens of stations open to receive us at embarkation (BA take note), to the speed with which our luggage arrived and we were relaxing on deck, Cunard knows that service is what sets them apart. Whether you are eating on board, or enjoying a drink in one of the many bars, you feel so valued and looked after. Three cheers for the four Queens!

A very smooth and enjoyable voyage despite some choppy Atlantic seas. Truly an ocean liner. Quality of food above average for comparable cruise lines. Excellent shows, presentations and plays.
I relaxed in the arms of a Queen
The opportunity to sail on one of the famous Queens, with fellow passengers all of a certain age, was very much appreciated.
It was relaxing, the food and service and cleanliness was of a very high standard. As a former small boat blue water sailor that’s my first choice, but now that’s behind me, I’m happy to lie back and relax with Cunard.

Adriatic cruise Rome to Trieste
Wonderfully experience great food and service could not be faulted.
Absolutely brilliant
Where do I start, everything was of exceptional quality. The ship, the crew, the food and entertainment. As a first time cruiser I now won't consider any other company for our next trip
