Website said advent calendar would be dispatched within 24 hours didn’t arrive the following day contacted customer service they advised as it’s a seasonal item won’t be dispatched till end of September which is when all the calendars get shipped but knew that wasn’t the case as could see people online had ordered theirs and been delivered, then got dispatched later that day, was supposed to arrive today and have still not recieved or heard anything about when it’s going to be delivered.

Speedy delivery and the product as described.

The item arrived and was as described however, as a new customer a promotional offer was being ran which has yet to be honoured. I’ve spoken to multiple customer service agents and found that the issue was not escalated as promised and so, have been told to continue waiting. It’s now been over a month and there’s been no resolution so keep that in mind if you wish to make a secondary order based off of promotions.

Ordered some items ready for my trip in Feb. I ordered a Kopari SPF stick thinking it’d have 12 months expiry from opening - they sent me one that expired in December, so in 3 months time, before I’d even opened it. I tried to talk to customer services who just didn’t care, they felt that was a good enough amount of time to use a whole spf stick.
Trying to return it has been a nightmare, they keep sending me links to forms that don’t work, take ages to respond and then just send the same link again. I’ve always had great service from Cult Beauty but as soon as anything is wrong, they couldn’t care less. Really disappointing and will honestly just stick to Space NK moving forwards.

It was extremely extraordinary experience as it got delivered within 12 hours. And also they upgraded my delivery to next day delivery. Nicely packed so much thanks to team for speedy service.

I had a fantastic experience with Cult Beauty. I placed a Next Day Delivery order on Saturday for some important makeup items, and they upgraded it to same‑day delivery at no extra cost.
This meant I received everything on Saturday, which completely removed the stress of waiting until the week.
The products were well packaged, authentic, and arrived in perfect condition.
Really impressed with the service — fast, reliable, and thoughtful.

Delivery times excellent and prices reasonable. Only negative is the pictures of the product are not great, could have used more swatch pictures

Further to my previous review, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. A customer advisor said they had raised an internal ticket and would be contacted in 3-5 working days. No one has been in contact. I have been a customer for years, had an email saying my points would expire ( I was a Silver level and had £25 , which they had credited some of it for another issue) . Of course because of dragging their feet it has expired, and another email saying I am bronze level and need to spend another xx to get £5!
A terrible customer service who seems to deliberately misunderstand the issue to draw it out.( my issue was unable to log in )
Won’t be shopping with them again.

Update- this doesn’t relate to an order which is stated in the review, therefore is anyone reading the review thoroughly? I have no order number.

Good site with good range of products. Delivery Swift and on time

Purchase the advent calendars on launch day. Next day delivery was expected. One arrived on next day delivery. The other there was a delay on. Did kindly receive email notification of this. However, I have then just checked the calendars. Please make sure you do this. Day number 14 of my calendar on the Signature edition is completely empty and this is supposed to contain two products. I have this evening spoken to customer service and I have been told that I have bought a bundle box to which I explained four times. No it was the advent calendar and that it's day number 14 that is empty. I was then told that I could receive £5 for the inconvenience of 2 items missing. I said no. Could you please send out the replacements for what is missing and provided photographic evidence. I was then told again that I have purchased a bundle box so we're a replacement for items missing. It's not possible but I could accept the £5. I stated again that it was the advent calendar which advent calendar it was and what day was missing. I was again told I had purchased a bundle box. I quoted the amount paid and that the £5 didn't meet the adequate amount paid for missing items. I was then told I could send it back or accept the £5. Because apparently I still haven't purchased an advent calendar, but I have purchased a bundle box. I was then cut off from the conversation so I have no refund. No resolution on replacements for these items and this is a gift for somebody. Yet again, prior to the experience a few years ago. Absolutely appalling.

This was my go to platform to shop. Delivery to Europe used to be free with a minimum spend, now, it’s 10EUR per package. Special edits come out and they fail to send Gold members promotional emails. I bought the advent calendar with the double points promotion the day it was active, and they failed to add my double points. Customer service on chats misreads messages and everything is automated. It’s becoming a terrible website, will move on to Space NK after years and years of loyalty

I placed my first order successfully, there was a first time customer discount code as well as a freebie because of what I spent on the brand. I was upgraded to free next day delivery which was really kind and welcoming. No hesitation in using this company again,
