In a time where most companies care more about a race to the bottom when it comes to price, Crutchfield provides good value for their products but the knowledge and support is 100/10 and that is what keeps me coming back. I bought a new head unit to upgrade the wife's car. Starting with the chat the team helped me pick the best option for my budget with the features I wanted. Then came the 2 day shipping which Amazon has even lost how to do! During installation I ran into a coupel of my own user error issues. A quick call to tech support each time got me taken care of in under 7 minutes and solved my issue and the reps were great even on a Sunday afternoon. The only exception was the last time I called it took about 23 minutes and that was only because Dale took his took his time and went above to explain where I messed up and ensure I had everything 110% He even went above and provided a text link so I could send photos what what I had so he could clearly see what I was describing. He even got me dialed in woth audio settings through the phone to ensure it was optimized! Yes the prices may not be the cheapest or something may have a long backorder and be instock everywhere else but I have an extremely hard time complaining about those when their support is as great of an experience as I have had!
