I absolutely hate how utterly poor their customer service is. It's been complaining about two issue for about three years now, and nothing what so ever has been done, and they're pretty easy fixes.... See more

Crunchyroll so ah
You know what Crunchyroll, Stop taking down These damn Anime pirating sites and use that time to improve your damn app, Super Laggy, Very greedy, And your library just sucks, Please learn from this
Very bad service and still looking down…
Very bad service and still looking down OG websites, shame on you. If you make your interface better then people will join you not by taking down websites
Crunchyroll is one of the most…
Crunchyroll is one of the most frustrating streaming services I've ever used. Constant bugs, a terrible app, and updates that somehow make everything worse. Paying for a premium subscription just to deal with crashes, buffering, and a broken user experience is ridiculous. Save your money.
WHY WOULD YOU SHUT DOWN HIANIME WHEN…
WHY WOULD YOU SHUT DOWN HIANIME WHEN YOU DONT HAVE ALL ANIMES IM LITERALLY SUBSCRIBED BUT YOU DONT HAVE WHAT I WANT
removing some seasons and removing…
removing some seasons and removing popular anime while charging money is a scam
Not even worth it other websites are far better and free.
Very bad even after buying their subscription they don't offer the shows we want.
The best anime streaming service
The best anime streaming service in the west (if we're talking about legal ones) there is. There are hundreds of series for every taste, and the deeper you dive, the more you find. I have no problem streaming the series myself and the subtitles seem to be ok. Although I've heard that CR uses AI in some of its series to help with subtitles, but this is not shown in any series I've watche. The user gets four profiles open and can watch on a TV, computer or mobile phone. All worked well.
If I had to say something negative, it would be that some older series are completely missing and there seem to be very few Anime films. More of these could be icluded, especially older classic anime films. In addition, categorization between series and films would be necessary, so that you could browse just films, for example. Now they are embedded in the series seasons. In addition, if Sony owns Crunchyhyroll, then more cooperation with PlayStation; indie anime games, wallpapers, avatars, music, etc. if you own a playstation and a Cunchyroll subscription.
Absolute trash.
Crunchyroll has been deleting more and more anime websites that people actually use. Like MY BAD for being broke and ur just greedy anyway, crunchyroll used to be a free anime watch website too but it became legal and charges people to watch anime. Genuinely let people fuc4ing live u greedy aS! b!tch I hate crunchyroll, if i could i would give it 0 stars.
TV streaming apps appalling and subtitle generation rubbish..
I've got the latest model of LG Oled TV with inbuilt apps. One of them is of course Crunchyroll. The use of the app on the LG TV is so bad it's pretty much useless. Same goes for the Crunchyroll app on Google TV.. The only streaming app that works most of the time is on the Apple TV. That crunchyroll app seems to be more stable and with less issues. The other pathetic issue is how they use an AI to create subtitles. The amount of rubbish the AI spews out is simply outstanding. Names of characters constantly change depending on the voice actor pronounces it. The AI also tries to create english sub titles for the songs that are the original songs in Japanese. you can imaging how much garbage is created when trying to use an AI to create english words from how Japanese sounds. We are not talking about translation, just attempting to create english words from how the Japanese sounds. Absoloute amateur hour. Obviously Crunchyroll managment don't care as they have a monopoly. Pretty pathetic service overall, which means that the fantastic Animes that they sometime stream are often a let down.
Love it for most things but lacks older…
Love it for most things but lacks older anime and somehow can't watch many anime dubbed in English from some reason but can just YouTube or Google the same thing dubbed for free kinda confusing just wanted to watch Naruto and am suffering now what a drag
The number of English dubs has dropped
The number of English dubs has dropped, and the subs are just trash now. There are no good filters to help you find what to watch. Also, you make a watch list, but it's almost impossible to find when you want it. The price for a subscription keeps going up with no real reflection in selection or UI. Lastly, they have a stranglehold on anime streaming services (at least in the US)
Pirate app that got greedy
Absolutely horrible, shutting down other anime sites when they cant even give every anime people are looking for?? Like huh? Its stupid. The maker of crunchy roll is obviously greedy, and keeps upping their prices for subscriptions, but yet they get hacked and information stole almost every year. Not worth it, don't buy it, they don't even have all the dub for everything either👎👎
DON'T YOU EVER BAN OR REMOVE A WEB LIKE…
DON'T YOU EVER BAN OR REMOVE A WEB LIKE HIANIME OR ANIMEKAI!!!!!!
crunchyroll go shove your head in a drain
bro imagine shutting down entire websites cos ur shittyass paid website isnt getting enough people because bato.to was a piracy website, sure, but it had countless amounts of all mangas from the 80's now permanently lost
Bad ruined it all
I should of cancelled sooner
I should of cancelled sooner. Should of never took away comments. Also remember guys crunchy roll used to be a pirated site and now they charge. Ive been with them since 2016.
It wasn't always this bad.
If youre a younger user reading this you need to know what it used to be like to use crunchyroll, it was free.
It was more of a late 2010s youtube vibe where you could watch whatever you wanted with an add at the start of the episode, maybe the middle on longer ones.
It had pretty much every single show you could think of, all seasons, most languages (yes dub and sub) and you didnt have to pay to watch the new seasons.
You didnt even need an account back in the day, you could just go on and browse.
These were the days of kissanime and other massive sites and they were still on top purely because the website worked back then and it was just more convenient and safer, now those sites are pretty much gone other than a few that you only really know about from word of mouth and crunchyroll is pretty much unusable, but the average person doesnt know any different.
Now if you want to watch anything you have to go between all five million streaming services using a vpn and hoping one combination of streaming service and country will have the show you want with subtitles or that you can find the subtitles somewhere.
This stuff used to be free.
by far best anime streaming site
Worst Anime site ever
A Small selection of anime, Removing sites, Having a subscription, It's so bad
