The experience started extremely badly with numerous issues around the incorrect sighting and uneven heights of the Weybridge Summerhouse and Serenity shelter. The serenity shelter needed to be completely deconstructed, landscapers needed to lower the ground and new platform screws in the ground needs to be relaid as the Shelter and Sumerhouse were not aligned and also of differing heights

I contacted one of the directors, Minde who was exceptionably helpful and practical and eventually all matters were resolved completely. Their customer care team (Grace gets a shout out) were at all times friendly polite and helpful. This is a company whose reputation is extremely important and they followed through on exactly what was needed to solve the our issues

After many years of running businesses what a refreshing attitude and staff Crown have.
I had a little problem but we managed to resolve our differences in a very polite and professional way.
The quality of there product and there team that built our Garden room were first class, they worked in all sorts of weather and the finish was fantastic.
Any one looking for a building for the garden don't hesitate Crown are with out doubt the best in that market.

We have had our Crown pavilion for over a year now. We love it. The service has been great right from the start. The process of buying was easy and it was very keenly priced especially as all the cushions, table and benches are included in the price. The build quality is excellent and although we had a slight issue recently this was sorted out without any quibbles and free of charge reflecting excellent after sales service. Everyone we have met or dealt with have been exceptional. We have had many lovely meals and drinks in our new garden space and look forward to many more in the years to come.

We are thrilled with our new Crown Pavilion. The company has been a pleasure to deal with, and has delivered a very well made and high quality building. The installation was particularly well handled - calm, efficient and with great care not to damage the surrounding area.

I should like to thank Andrius and Andrew for their excellent work and kindness, as well as being very knowledgeable.
The pavilion looks wonderful and is a great asset to the garden. I consider Crown Pavilions to be ihe best and most efficient company in the UK for this type of work and would recommend them to anyone or organisation as a superb company to approach for this project. We were delighted with the outcome and would certainly use this company again in the future.

From initial site visit, planning a bespoke Heritage Building to fit in with our requirements, planning requirements, project managing the build team through to completion and hand over-Crown Pavilions was a pleasure to work with, nothing was too much to ensure the customer expectations fully met, professionally led by John.

Amazing service from start to finish. I requested a brochure and had a couple of questions and Lindsey proactively called to help me, she was helpful and professional. I then took a trip to the showroom and was greeted by Curtis, who was again informative but not remotely pushy, and these items certainly sell themselves. The install date was within about 6 weeks, and they arrived as advised, no hassle, perfect install from the professional and courteous team. Crown also suggested a base company 'back to bases' who also fitted into the schedule needed with no hassle, support throughout and outstanding workmen who went above and beyond. Would thoroughly recommend both amazing companies!

Crown have provided both an exceptional product and level of service. We love the end result and it has made a great impact on our garden. The quality is even more obvious having spent time enjoying it at home now.
Cameron was very helpful (and patient!) in helping us decide which was the right pavilion for us and very flexible in working with us to make it exactly the right specification. He went above and beyond both during and after installation to guide on getting finishing touches sorted.
It makes for a fantastic garden office during the day and make delicious pizzas in the evening. Well worth the investment.

Amazing from start to finish... The initial conversations answered all our questions and more. The customer service team (Grace) held our hand from start to finish to make sure we were ready for our Pavilion to arrive. The install team seemed to wave a magic wand and from lots of bits laid out onto the lawn to suddenly a full functioning Tudor Pavilion erected. Normally there something that goes wrong BUT it din't and even if it did I would have had full confidence in the team to fix it...

We ordered the Kensington Hybrid Pavillion. Everything was handled professionally from the order through to the installation. However, I have two issues with the company. Firstly the Kensington is advertised as a dining space, but there are large gaps between the floorboards and if food or debris drops between the gaps there is no way to clean it. For me this means it is not fit for purpose. Secondly the lock is of very poor quality and stopped working soon after installation. We are currently unable to secure the building and Crown are not sending anyone to rectify the situation for 3 weeks! Companies should be judged on their after service and Crown has fallen woefully short!

From the moment the order was placed to the finalisation of building the service given was friendly and efficient. The installation team knew their job well and worked hard and quickly to erect the gazebo. Overall, a faultless service.

The installers turned up on time and were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Not only did they do a lovely job installing the gazebo but left the area tidier than when they started. I cannot praise them too highly. I would definitely recommend Crown Pavilions.

An excellent service from start to finish. Always very prompt and efficient and everybody has been totally professional. A special mention to John Simmons and Stephanie Cody who exceeded expectations every time!
