Return still not processed after 9 days
I ordered some panel hammers from Cromwell. When they arrived I was not happy with the quality. I requested a refund on the 11/8/26 with no return still being actioned. Their website states I would be contacted within 48 hours to process the return. I have rang and chased this 3 times now. Each time I’ve been told I am in the queue and they are short staffed but they have noted it to be done as urgent. I feel 9 days to just to get a return actioned is ridiculous.

Previously, I had ordered Cromwell 'hand cleanser' 5L.
This product is very good. I wanted to order some more, I couldn't find the product on the list, so I typed the product into the search box - but no luck. The nearest product I found was 'Solent hand cleanser', so ordered that as it looked to have the same ingredients - turns out to be the same product!
