Would highly recommend this company for house removals. Office staff very professional and helpful. Removal men, Terrance, Ashley and Dean, extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Cost was very reasonable and worth every penny. 5 star service from start to finish.

Very happy with the removal Crispins Removals did for me. JC immediately understood what I needed and carried out a very thorough and also very fast removal. I was very impressed. They also had a great attitude. I will use them again.

It's interesting that this company,which has been listed here for years, has now only one review posted. I can say that my removal experience was less than satisfactory, but the worst thing was their refusal to acknowledge their need either to apologise or compensate me for their carelessness. I previously posted them a bad review only to have them persuade me to take it down but then to refuse me the compensation I had asked for as they (1) sent people who smelt so badly of alcohol that I had to keep all my windows open overnight afterwards in October (2) did serious damage to a polished floor moving a piano then, hiding behind their 'insurance', denied all responsibility (3) delayed some of the move by two days as they said one van had 'broken down' on the way; in fact I did not learn this from their office but by hearsay from their staff. Finally I tried to reinstate my review and they claimed they had not heard of my address or of me, despite previous communication. I had signed a form to say I was satisfied, actually because I was glad to be free of the smell - I did not see the floor damage for two weeks as it was covered by removal boxes. They also damaged an art work in the packing but I didn't even try to claim for this, given what I had already experienced. An apology and an offer of compensation, even a small one, would have been normal, good company practice. Be wary. They may well say now that they never heard of me. I will not remove this review. I have noted that they tell every bad reviewer that they are spam! I do however have a message from them to say of course they have heard of me! (Actually the date here is also two years out, but I can't go back further than a year).

From start to finish, the whole team made our move seamless! JC and the crew were so quick and friendly - it was such an efficient process even dismantling and reassembling furniture. Highly recommend for safe hands and friendly people!
