Bensons, you can’t beat this company on quality of workmanship and price, Mathew was very professional and helped me to find just what I wanted, nothing was too much trouble, the price was very reasonable, they fitted me in at short notice, and did an excellent job. Bensons have put carpets in the upper rooms of my 3 bedroomed house Karndean througout the downstairs. I received very good advice from my initial browsing visits and no pressure from any of the staff. Matt was in contact throughout and I was kept up-to-date from the visit to take measurements to the dates for fitting. Neil made a very good job of fitting the carpets. Alex, who laid the Karndean floors was excellent. He worked so hard and was professional and positive throughtout. He did an exceptional job and I felt lucky to have him.

Choosing a carpet under lockdown conditions is difficult, because it is very difficult to know what you are getting by looking at a computer screen, but Bensons made it as easy as possible, delivering samples to our house and coming and advising us. They hfave been friendly and helpful.
