I made a mistake in ordering a snooker cue case but had my money refunded extremely quickly with no fuss. I had almost instant replies by email and WhatsApp. I was very happy to order a large case from them. Great customer service and very nice people. I would heartely recommend.

Purchased a 2026 GM psyche for my son. If arrived promptly. It had a sticker on it stating it was a 2025 model and the sale price was less than what I had paid. I got untouched via WhatsApp and got a prompt response saying it was being passed on to "the team" to look at the price discrepancy. I had to get back untouched with them nearly 24hrs later as I had no response. To which they said it was a miss label at there and at it was a 2026 model sold at the 2026 price. This I find hard to beleive and mentioned this as suggested that this was actually a 2025 model. To which i was told its a 2026 model and they sell out regularly so they can guarantee its a 2026 model.
I then mentioned that this is still hard to beleive and even harder to beleive that this was the only bat to be miss labeled and they must have come across this before so the almost 24 hr response time should have been significantly shorter as they would know the answer. No response at this time.
Voting with my custome and not using again.
Looking at some of the 1 star feedbacks I am not the only person experiencing poor service

I used WhatsApp, rather than the chat bot to check whether a particular item was in stock as there was conflicting information on the website. I didn’t use the chat bot as it was advertised as AI, and I wanted accurate information. Via their WhatsApp (which wasn’t advertised as AI and has clearly been programmed to message as though it were human) , it was confirmed the product I wanted was in stock.had I known it was AI I would have phoned to check.

So we drove two hours to discover it was incorrect information provided by AI. Waited ages in store, it was shrugged off as an issue with the AI. We left empty handed. Very poor customer service. I got the impression we were not the first people this has happened to.

Amazing service, love the loyalty programme where past purchases convert to vouchers that count towards the next purchase.

Delivered quickly and items arrived as described. Size guides were accurate and everything fitted well.

This is my first time using Cricket - Hockey and I bought my son size 6 DSC Jaffa Neo Junior Cricket Shoes and the insoles do not fit. The insoles in the shoes were too big so have been hacked with scissors or similar by someone and forced to fit into the shoe to look normal. Unfortunately the hacked insoles do not reach the tip where the toes go & make the shoes completely useless.
Very disappointing as I have never experienced something like this before purchasing online.
