I bought a ball for my son, and it came in the wrong size and was in horrid condition, but it arrived late so i could not return it

We (that is myself and my friend) visited the Cricket-hockey shop in Salisbury on 17th Feb 2026. We drove from Midlands, which is 2hrs 30mins journey. I must say it was worth the journey.

Firstly, I emailed them what time we will be there and which hockey sticks we would like to try out. I think the lady name was Leanne, I do sincerely apologize if I have spelt it wrong.

Leanne provided all the sticks which was on my list to try out and even took the initiative to go into the store, if the sticks were not in display. It was an excellent service provided and the depth of knowledge shared about the materials, type of bows and hook shape, very grateful for that.

The staff just let us take our time with the hockey sticks to try out and each time they came around to make sure any other assistance was needed. We spend 2hours trying out the sticks.
I have visited other hockey shops to try out the sticks and felt like I was under very close surveillance and rushed to buy the stick, very uneasy feeling. The level of service at Cricket hockey shop was totally different, friendly and relaxed.

We bought Y1 and Ritual Sticks and if I need any new hockey equipment, I'll definitely use Cricket-hockey.com and if needed to try out a stick, I would not mind commuting there again.

Excellent customer service and great range of products. We needed a replacement GK stick at short notice for a tournament abroad. It was sent same day, arrived 26 hours after ordering (with great updates on when it would arrive in the meantime) and was flying off to Spain 12 hours later. Game saver!

I bought a gray Nichols bat off this company, originally very happy with the delivery time. I then spent 4/5 hours knocking in the bat. I used this bat for just over one hour and it cracked. Contacted customer service and got zero help. Wouldn’t purchase from here again.

Ordered several times - the prices are extremely competitive, delivery has always been quick (and usually free) and the loyalty points are a welcome addition. Absolutely recommend Cricket-Hockey.

We were given a load of products to have a look at, the lady who served us had amazing knowledge of all the products and had plenty of time to explain and couldn’t of been more helpful, amazing range of sticks aswell.

Ordered shoes from here and they where delivered on time and even in 2 a 3 days, heads off to Cricket-Hockey. Will advise everyone to buy from here national and international. Better then other company's.

I had a great experience choosing my hockey stick. The salesperson was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. She was very patient, encouraged me to try out different sticks and answered all the questions I had. In the past I have chosen sticks based on the colour, but this time she helped me figure out what I should be looking for, so my new stick is perfect for me. Having taken delivery of a Masuri stem guard on opening one of the ties was missing. Contacted Cricket Hockey who got in touch with Masuri and had another one posted out, excellent customer service, would definitely recommend Cricket Hockey.

I got my hockey stick bag from Cricket-Hockey and managed to get 10% off the price, this made shipping almost free! #girlmath :D I paid for 2nd class shipping on Wednesday night and the bag was delivered on Saturday, I’m so pleased! Many thanks Cricket-Hockey.

I visited the store on 29th December 2025, the store was busy as were the staff. I was greeted by a female member of staff who asked me if I knew what I needed, I advised hockey shoes in 2 different sizes.
Despite being busy with at least 8 customers she politely said she'd be with me as soon as possible which she was, we discussed sizing, I tried on 2 different sizes finding the ones which suited me best. I was able to leave the store very satisfied with my purchase and the knowledge of this particular member of staff.
The female member of staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and feel she is a huge credit to Cricket-Hockey.com!
I highly recommend this shop not only for its wide range of stock but its fabulous staff.

Brilliant. Left it all to the last minute, but Cricket Hockey saved the day. Easy to use website with a great selection of products, and the hockey bag I ordered arrived exactly as described when expected. Christmas saved!
