Beware of Creative Fabrica!
They offer a free trial that automatically converts into a paid subscription without making this process sufficiently clear to users. I did not receive any clear notification about the subscription activation or the charge. I only discovered it when reviewing my bank statement.
Their customer support is extremely slow and fails to provide timely responses. The platform also makes it difficult to cancel subscriptions, modify account settings, or remove your payment method, claiming that an active plan exists.
I consider these practices misleading and unfair to customers. I feel scammed and demand a resolution and a refund for the unauthorized charges.

Poor move to subscription only, and misleading reviews...
Be careful reading reviews on the site, as they don't publish low-star feedback!
This once *was* a great source site, but my one star now is for the new subscription model, which is basically a ransom to keep being to use fonts and assets commercially. By removing the option just to purchase these, has made the site unusable (aside from free goods) as I don't want to 'rent' fonts etc. Many designers I know feel the same way.
Hopefully they will reverse this decision, as I'm sure many casual users won't realise the legal implications of using assets outside of an ended subscription. So be careful if you sign up with the intention of downloading lots of assets and then cancelling!

I am sharing my documented personal experience so that other consumers do not end up in the same situation.
Creative Fabrica offers a free trial but requires payment-card details before it can be activated. Afterwards, without a separate and clearly understandable purchase confirmation and without my knowingly agreeing to an annual subscription, €71.26 was charged to my Visa card.
When I requested a refund, the company justified the charge by claiming that “coins” had been credited to my account.
But where are these coins?
My account contained no clear or transparent record showing a proper credit allocation or transaction history. Instead, a supposed coin balance appeared on the screen and changed by itself approximately every five seconds. The number went up, then down, and then changed to a completely different figure, even though I was not purchasing or using anything.
I made a screen recording showing these constant unexplained changes, and I also have screenshots.
For this reason, the statement that “coins were credited” is not convincing evidence that a genuine service worth €71.26 was provided. A constantly changing number displayed in an account cannot reasonably justify retaining a customer’s money.
One smaller amount of €4.75 was refunded, but the principal charge of €71.26 has still not been returned. As a result, I had to block my Visa card, visit my bank personally, sign dispute documents and initiate a chargeback procedure.
Based on my documented experience, I consider this billing system extremely non-transparent and misleading to consumers.
My advice is simple: do not provide your card details merely to access the advertised “free trial.” If you nevertheless decide to try the service, take screenshots of every offer and condition, monitor your bank account carefully and document every displayed balance and charge.
I will never use Creative Fabrica again and cannot recommend this service to anyone!!!!!

Years and still happy
I've been using Creative Fabrica for years. The graphics are amazing, no tricks about what "qualifies" when you get a subscription. And the very few times the site has had tech issues, they've fixed it as soon as I submitted a ticket letting them know about the problem.

Fraudulent charges
This website is such a scam. They advertise free trials, but when I signed up for the free trial, a pop up clicked up that said activate trial now and I was immediately charged $86 CDN for a year. Trial was supposed to renew in October at $3.99/monthly. I was supposed to be charged until October. I didn't authorize any charges to take place prior to trial ending. The whole point of a trial is for someone to decide if they want it. I immediately ca ncelled and emailed customer d service demanding my money back. They said I didn't meet the criteria for a refund. This garbage. I am disputing this with the bank and will be calling a lawyer if not resolved immediately. I have screenshots of free trial offer too. This is disgustingly underhanded of this company
