A great experience at Christopher Pratt's Leeds showroom. We visited to look at an Ercol Chairmakers Rocking Chair, and Craig couldn't have been more helpful. He answered our questions, explained the different options available, and then gave us the space to consider our purchase without feeling pressured. The whole experience was relaxed, friendly, and enjoyable. Excellent customer service from Craig and a showroom well worth visiting.

We visited the store recently for the first time to buy a new bed and we were very impressed by the whole experience our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable & professional he gave us time to try the beds and guided us through to a successful purchase we will definitely be returning

We visited Christopher Pratts today to look for a pair of new sofas. We had something leather and hard-wearing in mind, since we have a small dog who seems to think any furnishing belongs to her! Dale was very helpful and advised us on the options, and availability in different colours and styles. As somebody who isn’t a big fan of furniture shopping, I was very grateful for the help and knowing we were making the right choice! Thank you.

This was our first visit to Christopher Pratts. Having often driven past but never visited before we were pleasantly surprised to find they have a large, free car park that is easy to access. We had intended to visit several furniture stores but we found exactly the chair we wanted there, so we never went anywhere else! We were amazed that they had such an extensive choice of furniture in the showroom. So, we were able to try a number of different chairs for comfort and assess their suitability for our needs, something that is not possible online. It was good that we were initially able to browse without feeling pressurised by a sales person. But when we needed help, Mark H was extremely knowledgeable. In particular, Mark helped us explore the different fabrics and other options available for the chair we liked. He carefully explained the time line when we placed our order.
It felt good to be able to purchase from such a pleasant local shop with very helpful staff.

Fabulous service as always from Christopher Pratts, especially from Duncan, who has sold us a couple of sofas now and we always find to be friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Can’t fault the quality of the products we’ve previously bought and the store in Leeds is stunning. Will definitely be going back and would highly recommend!

First time at the store and we were so impressed with the range and quality of the sofas. The sales people were incredibly helpful and Dale Williamson was there on hand to guide us through. We bought 2 fabulous sofas at what we thought was a very good price.

First time visiting and will definitely go back. Loads of choice, great prices and lovely staff. Shoutout to Andy Aylesbury who was friendly, helpful and not pushy and the lovely lady at the help desk who leant us a tape measure. Looking forward to receiving our new dining furniture!

Christopher Pratts is one of the largest furniture stores in Leeds offering a variety of furniture in all the different sections of the store at affordable prices.
We have had lots of various items of furniture over the years and would recommend this company to any customer.
We were assisted by Chris Barraclough whose experience is exceptional. He guided us through the range of sofas, chairs and fabrics and was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and professional as well as being friendly.
On our second visit we asked for his assistance again and then placed our order with him. We have no hesitation at all in recommending his services.

We recently ordered a bed frame from Christopher Pratts in Leeds. Chris was very helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain the different options, answered all our questions and helped us choose the right bed without any pressure. The ordering process was straightforward, and the customer service has been excellent so far. We haven't received the bed yet, but based on our experience in the showroom, we are very pleased with the service.
