Christopher Pratts is our “go to” for large furniture items . We have recently ordered a new mattress. There was a large product range to choose from . We were helped by Dale Williamson . He was very knowledgeable and gave information helping us to narrow down our choices until we were happy. The administrative process was straightforward and Dale has kept us informed of the progress of our order. From previous experience with Pratts we are happy that their ongoing service will be excellent.

We were looking to purchase a particular brand of chair (Stressless) and wanted to specification, options and experience the chair before making our selection and purchase.

Dale Williamson of Christopher Pratts Leeds was very informative and demonstrated the chairs allowing us plenty of time to experience each type.

This was key to our decision on what to purchase - no stress!

We feel lucky to have come across Dale Williamson at Christopher Pratts when we were looking at buying our furniture. We found him to be extremely helpful accommodating and knowledgeable without being sales pitch pushy.Overall a great standard of service often hard to come by these days.

Went today and bought a leather reclining Himolla armchair, was assisted in my search by Dale, who was very knowledgeable and helpful making my choice so much easier. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dale and Pratts for good quality items and service.

Visited Christopher Pratts to look at Himolla chairs. I did not have an intention to buy one however Dale answered a few questions then offered us a good deal and the time frame fitted in with when we were wanting one. Dale brought us a coffee and biscuits and gave us time to consider the purchase. We ended up purchasing the chair.

This is the first time we have bought from Christopher Pratts as we have always thought they were very expensive. The prices and offers were very competitive and there was no high pressure sell. Lisa Berry was on hand when we needed information and was only too happy to help. Again no pressure just good well informed information. So far the ordering process and flow of information has been excellent. I would really recommend this store and salesperson

We had a great shopping experience at Christopher Pratts! The store is vast and well laid out. Chris helped us to choose a new bed and was excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and amiable. He left us to look around without being intrusive but was on hand when we needed to ask questions. Highly recommended!

Staff were welcoming and very helpful. We have been looking for an extendable dinning table for a while and have been struggling to find one the right size for our kitchen. Lisa was knowledgeable about their stock, and showed us 2 tables that fit our requirements. Once we had chosen a table she helped us choose some chairs as well. We would not hesitate to use Christopher Pratts in the future.

Chris gave us guided, knowledgable advice about our needs rather than trying to shoehorn us into making a more expensive decision. That makes buying a much more pleasant experience.

I went to Pratt's to buy a settee and chair for my new house. I have previously bought furniture from there and it's always been superb.

I was with my 20 year old son and it was a bit daunting seeing just how many sofas were in the showroom. The staff clearly allowed us a bit of time to wander around before approaching us, which was a nice touch as it makes you feel like they are not pressuring you.

We were looked after by David Johnson, a man of lovely nature and character. His knowledge was exceptional and he struck a superb balance between offering an opinion, having fun and being professional.

I can't thank David enough for making a potentially stressful process so easy and genuinely enjoyable. He's a massive asset to the company.

Went to Christopher Pratt’s yesterday to buy new dining table/chairs. What a beautiful store, so much choice, & lovely room settings. Best of all met Chris their employee. What incredible service he gave. Went in thinking I was going to get oak … to replace current oak .. and he showed me other ideas. Have bought a very modern black table with grey, blue and mustard chairs. It is fabulous, and I bought a large rug to go under it too. Chris you are an absolute credit to your company and I am so happy that you got me to “think outside the box” you and my friend Sue gave me the confidence to make a change. Thank you.

Dealing with David Johnson was a breath of fresh air compared to the industrial estate furniture warehouse operations we are all familiar with. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and with an understanding and appreciation of our stylistic needs. Not once did he attempt to assert his own, lime green 😀, preferences upon us, but listened to our rather vague ideas and teased out a complete concept. Yes, it may be upselling, but it is most welcome when the customer, us, is over the moon with the results. Thank you David

We have purchased several items from Christopher Pratt’s over the years and we went to buy a new sofa. David was very helpful and gave us the time with also offering great advice. Very happy with our decision can’t wait for it to arrive.

We visited Pratts in Leeds thinking we knew what we wanted, but came away with something different! We appreciated the non-pressured sales environment, allowing us to browse the extensive stock in our own time. We visited the Leeds store on a number of occasions prior to purchasing a suite and each time we were greeted but left to explore. When we did ask questions - Duncan was incredibly helpful without being pushy. At no point did we feel pressured to buy and were left with space to make a decision. When we returned to make the purchase we made sure that Duncan completed the sale. He is a credit to the store and we would definitely return and recommend in the future.
