WORST INSURANCE EVER
I was trying purchase a policy and entered all details but whenever I tried to click continue it said server error, I further contacted the team through live chat and they couldn’t assist me first and said to wait tomorrow continuously and try again. After that, I contacted them and the chat agent said the retailer name was too long and to shorten it and then they said that if I made a claim it would be declined since they can not confirm if the retailer is trusted even though I have a receipt, the original box, and bought it for full price. After that, the chat agent was being disrespectful to me and was showing attitude towards me. I would advise anyone not to purchase a policy from this company since they most likely would scam you if it went through and later on if you would like to make a claim they would decline it and it would be a waste of your money.

I emailed them to say my computer wasn't listed on their website, they quickly responded and added the model to their list, and let me know they had done it, enabling me to easily insure the computer via the drop-downs on the website.

Programme that isn’t correct and can’t speak to anybody directly.
They keep asking me for information that doesn’t exist. It’s not possible to email or call somebody to have a conversation with about the issue and the portal won’t allow me to continue without uploading information.
It’s like a robotic programme that hasn’t read anything about the situation.
