Delivery a disaster - but after sales support excellent
The products themselves seem good, but the delivery and fitting has been awful. One item has arrived damaged and will need replacing. Delivery was supposed to include fitting of another two items. However when they arrived they didn’t have a drill so had to borrow our personal one otherwise they said they couldn’t do the job that had been arranged. They then proceeded to misalign the top half of the unit such that it is at an angle. They also needed to borrow a knife to open all items from packaging and have left scratch marks across one section. All in all a very poor outcome which has ultimately meant we have had to go back to Cotswold to find a resolution. Why outsource delivery to companies that are going to damage reputation and ultimately incur a cost to company?
UPDATED JULY 2026. I have updated this review largely due to the very helpful, prompt and persistent support we received by Jessica at Cotswold. Although it took some time to resolve we gradually felt more confident it would be, as a result of Jessica’s assistance and thankfully this proved correct. I want to reiterate that despite a few hiccups with the product, we are happy with all the items - just a shame that initial delivery was so poor from an external company and no reflection on store or after sales support .

I am very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with both the delivery and installation of your furniture. This is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand your frustration given the damaged item, the fitting issues, and the care taken during assembly.
I can confirm that the delivery concerns have been raised with our Logistics team so they can fully investigate this with the courier company involved and take appropriate action.
