Kingston is lucky to now have Cotswold Company in town
Krasi gave us such a warm welcome as we arrived. Her welcome - and the lovely layout of this super shop - made a lovely difference to the whole experience.
As we had done some research online before visiting the shop, Krasi could not have been kinder - not only showing us to the two pieces of furniture that we had come to see so as to make a final decision as to which to buy, but moving them side by side so that we could clearly see the differences and pick a favourite. Fabric swatches too!
Krasi was completely across everything we asked about - fabrics and their advantages and disadvantages, colours, styles, costs etc.
She made it very easy for us to work out which would be the best for our home and we now eagerly await delivery in just a few weeks!

Delighted by the service in the new…
Delighted by the service in the new shop in Kingston. It’s taken us a few visits to finally make our choice of two sofas. Staff are all excellent, very helpful, patient and professional. Particularly Krasimira who was a great help. The shop is surprisingly large with beautiful displays.

Quality furniture and great service
Beautiful piece of furniture made with quality pieces of wood with a richness of colour. A substantial wardrobe that is reassuringly heavy.
Cannot fault the service and communication from the sales team to the customer service and especially the delivery team.

Lovely customer experience in Kingston
The shop in Kingston is very clean and pretty and showcases their many lovely pieces. Krasimira and Michael were beyond generous with their time, information, and opinions during my sofa shop. There are a lot of fabric options and you really can't go wrong with any. Very much looking forward to receiving my new teal sofa!

Delivery a disaster - be aware
The products themselves seem good, but the delivery and fitting has been awful. One item has arrived damaged and will need replacing. Delivery was supposed to include fitting of another two items. However when they arrived they didn’t have a drill so had to borrow our personal one otherwise they said they couldn’t do the job that had been arranged. They then proceeded to misalign the top half of the unit such that it is at an angle. They also needed to borrow a knife to open all items from packaging and have left scratch marks across one section. All in all a very poor outcome which has ultimately meant we have had to go back to Cotswold to find a resolution. Why outsource delivery to companies that are going to damage reputation and ultimately incur a cost to company?

I am very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with both the delivery and installation of your furniture. This is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide, and I completely understand your frustration given the damaged item, the fitting issues, and the care taken during assembly.
I can confirm that the delivery concerns have been raised with our Logistics team so they can fully investigate this with the courier company involved and take appropriate action.
