VISA debit is currently the best option and should take as little as 30 minutes to reach your bank account once paid from our side.
E-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller may take a little longer.
Mastercard debit can be same day but this will depend on who you bank with, it can take 2-4 working days.
In limited circumstances, withdrawals may be delayed, but only in instances where regulatory checks are required to verify a customer’s details.

KYC made easy
Had some problems with KYC and getting in touch via email (bit of a long story) but once I rang the support line they have answered pretty quickly, the guy helping me was fantastic (sorry I forgot your name buddy) and he told me that there is a veryfication portal on the webiste - from there process went smooth, I can confirm I've received my money and here is a change to 5* for the fantastic help received!

I’ve been a member over 10 yrs and have enjoyed playing on this and it’s sister sites. Recently was told they needed verification and I have sent and resent everything they asked for. All replies from them say the same thing about what is required. Have told them I have sent everything many times and it is now over a month later. They still have not reactivated my account. Don’t know what they think I am as I am the same person who joined all those years ago but just have more time on my hands to play. I can see others have had the same experience so what is happening? so, by way of update:
After 3 months of going backwards and forwards i was basically told they couldn't verify where my funds were coming from even though I'd given them every bit of information I had, apart from a P60 and a tax return they wanted which, is a total joke given that I am a pensioner, THE CLUE IS IN THE TITLE i.e I no longer work or earn an income so how could I give them something I did not have? To conclude, They basically did not want a responsible player who was withdrawing regularly and playing with winnings.

This is the worst gambling site I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with dozens. They push back on every single piece of legitimate verification you send them, where every other company accept them. I had to send my “proof of address” 6 times when it was perfectly legitimate and sufficient the first time. Every other site I’ve used had accepted and released my withdrawals with the same documents these thieves reject. They don’t respond to emails expaining why they’ve rejected the documents, you have to chase them up yourself on the live chat where you get half-baked reasons and nonsense. I’ve still not got my money back and they continue to reject on unfounded basis. The latest being that I’ve redacted unrelated transactions on a bank statement. My address and bank details are there for the proof they require, they just hope you’ll stop asking so they can keep your money. This company are charlatans

Stay clear of this site and others associated with it. Got to withdraw little amounts then won a big amount on this site and diva bingo and all of a sudden was asked to verify my documents which I was happy to do so. I sent in all the documents they asked of me including me holding my ID to then be told they won’t be accepting my documents and all my accounts are blocked. I now lose my winnings and every time I email the security team I get the same response back as if they’re a robot. They don’t answer any questions they just fob you off with the same email. Honestly do your research and choose a different site to play on. They are definitely scamming people. It’s now the 18th of July and this started on the 22nd of June.
