I ordered a Sasquatch emblem From them and overpaid for it. They charhed me a tax/tariff fee on top of the agreed price. When I received the emblem it looked nothing like what I had originally ordered. I complained and asked for my money back and they kept on saying that I would have to pay or the return
shipping and tried talking me out of returning it. And then proceeded to only offer me a $2 refund on a $30 emblem. Do not order from them otherwise you get a cheap 3D printed version of what you ordered.

It's been two months still haven't received my order. I sent an email they stated the obvious, which I already knew from my tracking, and said they would resend my order immediately two weeks later. Still, no product very unprofessional at this point I feel I've been duped by a fraudulent company.

Got a lock pic set, but the 90 angle tool (to keep tension on the lock while picking) was missing, tried to complain, but cant get access to my account by any means, seems like very poor quality, will stick to Aliexpress in future, much easier complain ad read other buyers experienced and photos about the purchases.
