ROTTEN CUSTOMER SUPPORTS
I ordered a telephone case on 7/14 and to date the order has NOT been received. Reportedly, the item was delivered at a front door/porch on 7/30…I advised company that I live in an apartment complex w/Luxoor or mailbox delivery. Despite this information the company has made no attempt to contact USPS directly. Daily they give me instructions on how I should be trying to locate the missing package….As a paying customer…this is LOUSY customer service, particularly when told by USPS that they had the wrong address on the label. Today, the company had the temerity to tell me to get a copy of the waybill, sku number and other information from the post office so they can further assist. When I called the post office (for the second time today), they advised that when packages are not delivered, typically the sender does the follow-up..Well, I advised company of this and will await their response…..NO matter how cute their product is…they have LOST a customer and my advice to anyone considering a purchase….RUN from this merchant, they do not help the customer, their service STINKS!😷
