CookieYes is intuitive

CookieYes is intuitive.
Setting up my cookie consent bar took a few minutes and customizing it was easy. I like how the cookie consent pop-up or bar on the page can be adjusted to not feel overbearing (read: annoying). I was able to tie my privacy policy to it and it was easier and looked more polished than what Hubspot offered (took up nearly ⅓ of the page and wasn't on brand).

The staff were excellent and helpful

The staff were excellent and helpful, especially Claire who handled most of my queries.
The products they were offering ticked all my boxes and solved many requirements of the laws around Cookies and Privacy Policies.
I can't recommend them enough and would certainly use them again

Support is truly exceptional, going above and beyond almost every time for both paid and free accounts of CookieYes.

However, there is a significant amount of time and effort required to set it up correctly. This is not solely the fault of CookieYes; GDPR and EU regulations play a crucial role in this. Consequently, it can become quite intricate when it comes to establishing the right setup and finding the delicate balance between functionality and GDPR compliance.
