Corrected an IT error almost immediately.

I am not tech savvy at all, so the fact that I was able to get CookieYes up and running on my website so quickly is a huge testament to its ease of use. Customer support was super responsive when I needed them (mostly because of my own lack of experience with basic cookie-related concepts), and it was easy for me to scan my website for cookies and make sure they are all managed correctly and in compliance with regulations. I used the WordPress plugin and connected it to the web app for more free features. The cookie policy generator was a life- and time-saver. I'm a little disappointed that with the new UI I am no longer able to customize the colors in the free tier, but there's no reason that has to be a free feature, I suppose. Thank you, CookieYes!

Customer service was 5/5. The underlying product was a bit confusing for non-technical users to set up, but customer service walked us through it - and it's been great.

CookieYes! has a customer support team that goes above and beyond. They have always been responsive when we have had questions, and their recommendations have been thoughtful and accurate. Not to mention that they have an excellent, easy to use product!

I had a bit of confusion with my CookieYes subscription because I accidentally purchased under the wrong email. While it took a little time to get responses and it wasn’t immediately obvious how to contact support, Mia was patient, clear, and very helpful throughout the process. She carefully explained my options, processed the refund, and ensured everything was correctly set up under my preferred account. I really appreciated her support and guidance—it made the situation much easier to navigate.

Very fast and prompt response related to taxation issues. Overall a very good product easy to integrate.

The product is well documented and makes it easier to be compliant. I got an efficient support, even for the free version, that is to be appreciated.

I had an excellent experience with CookieYes support. I had an active, paid annual subscription for a website that ended up shutting down, and even though the charge had already gone through, the support team was truly willing to help.
