Excellent customer service from Cokes Erdington
It’s a pleasure to visit Cookes Erdington store. We were welcomed by lovely staff who were happy for us to browse around the store. We soon found the dining chairs we had come to purchase, and the salesman who took our order was polite professional and very efficient
We were also offered a coffee before we left. Having shopped at this store for several years, the experience and advice is always appreciated

We had a dining room table chairs and two stools delivered. The delivery guys were so lovely and took such care in bringing the furniture into the house to assemble. Highly recommend Cooke’s. From the sale point to the delivery 💯 professional.

Very efficient delivery
Our new sofa was delivered in Poole today by Hugo and Charlie who were very efficient and helpful in moving some of our existing furniture to accommodate the new sofa.

From ordering in their amazing store … so much choice! To communication re our order and delivery, to the actual delivery and installation was 5 star. Although after several purchases from Cooke’s and always having exceptional service I expected it to be good.

Pleasant experience
Went into Cookes to purchase a new sofa .
Was pleasantly surprised when the staff acknowledged us but didn’t harass us as experienced in another well known furniture outlet .
The staff were available and helpful when needed .
