Helpful but non-pushy
We have to travel some distance to get to Cookes, but it's well worth it. They have an excellent range of furniture and friendly, staff who are helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy

Amazing Sofa. Fabulous Customer Experience
It was a really great experience. Staff were welcoming and friendly and put me under no pressure to buy. Couldn't believe the array of colours and fabric varieties when it came to choosing the right sofa. Loved that I could choose different designs of cushion covers too.
Was originally told 8-10 weeks for sofa delivery but it was actually a lot less than expected. The delivery team were really helpful too. Phoned up on the day so I knew when they were heading over to me. They even put up with my 3 year old asking them a million and one questions as the unpacked and set my new sofa up. So pleased with the quality of the finished sofa, its a really robust and well made product. Clearly made to last. Would 100% recommend and would buy from Cookes again.

As great as ever
As a long standing customer of Cookes I have always been extremely happy with the service and attention I have received .
They go out of there way to help and I never feel pressurised when making decisions about new furniture ,deliveries are always on time and the team are always careful and respectful of my property.
