Even though I had a son living nearvby but he is to be relocated

As I am in a age bracket it felt that it would better to move near family in kent

Straight forward, efficient conveyancing by Lauren and her team.
I completed much sooner than I initially expected to given that I was selling a leasehold flat.

Emma was my Solicitor and she was super helpful and responsive. I usually received a reply within 1-2 days and she always took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me. Their online portal was easy to use and I received updates on there throughout. Would absolutely recommend.

I did most of the work for them, original quote was £869, this went up to nearly £2,000 because of lots of t.b.c, hidden charges including charging over a £174 in bank transfer fees when banks don't charge fees, £34 for a question about the complicated forms you have to fill in, £200 to a answer a question. Making important communication impossible, minimal information given, added charges for services not asked for or consented to. I would never use this company in future. At least robin hood used a bow and arrow and Richard turpin a mask.
This should be the new p.p.i, scandal.

I'm about halfway through a property transaction and so far no issues.
Communication has been good, clear and concise.
Importantly time has been allowed when more complex requirements have been needed providing certificates, reports, paperwork etc.
Convey are pretty much an on-line service which suits me with work and fitting the conveyancing around it.
This is the second time I've used Convey Law in 6 years and although we've not completed on this current transaction I can honestly say I have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Still awaiting my refund!!! An absolute waste of time. Sacked them after numerous incidents like not returning calls or responding to emails and being told that they had no file for me after entering all my information in the portal not once but twice on two separate occasions and was told I had never completed it. I had 2no. file reference numbers and was told they had no files relating to one of them and I did not complete the required information on the second. I have all the emails to confirm the above details. I am still waiting for a refund which should be the full £500 seeing as I allegedly didn’t complete any information for them to act on so they obviously didn’t carry out any work relating to my files! I have refrained from naming the staff member's I dealt with as the ownership lies with the CEO and management. I have been waiting for my refund and/or any contact regarding my refund since the 18th June 2026!! So I would like my refund ASAP!

Helpful and stress free when purchasing a new home
