Ordered 2 skateboards for next day…
Ordered 2 skateboards for next day delivery, they split the order in 2. I’ve only received 1 skateboard, and the other never arrived, I’ve been waiting nearly 2 months for a resolution and nothing. Awful customer service. Never buying from these guys again.

Still waiting for refund 1 month later
Purchased 5 items. Returned three. Received a refund for 2. Still awaiting refund for third and most expensive item. Shoes were tried on once, at home, on carpeted floor for 5mins as I would have done in store. Realised they were too big. Wrapped them back up and retuned at my own cost.
Asked why I only received a partial refund. They say the shoes were damaged and are under review. I asked for evidence, they sent images of markings on the shoes that I’d never seen before. I raised a dispute with PayPal credit (recommend you all use this when purchasing from this Company as they are extremely shady). They told PayPal that they had issued a me a refund outside of PayPal, which is a complete lie. The case is still ongoing and I still haven’t received my refund 1 month later.
Don’t be lured in by promo offers and only buy things you know you will keep as the returns process and customer service is abysmal.

Unable to process refund in a timely fashion
I paid £22 to return the boots I ordered by special tracked delivery. They were signed for on the 8th June. I received no updates. When I contacted Consortium on the 13th June to find out where my refund was, I was notified that they were still processing returns received on the 29th May!! Unacceptable.
