Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Everything seems to be a problem. Never getting any help or support. Constantly refusing repairs or sorting out issues.
Run as far as you can.

Poor judgement and unprofessional decisions
We were with Connexus for 4 years left their services due to what we believe to be a very poor judgement call and mismanagement of our key business services.
Connexus raised a cease order on the dedicated lease line to our business without our permission or knowledge and due to communication issues with their 3rd party this resulted in a complete loss of our service. Phones and internet. They were quick to get a temporary back up solution of fibre broadband, but it took a number of weeks for them to identify the cause and inform us of their mistake. The compensation offered was in no way satisfactory. I would be extremely cautious using this company, very unprofessional.
