Better avoid if you need to run a business


Keep getting disappointed. They have taken over our websites, broadband and telephone solutions just to find out months later our website is down and still under hosting of the previous company, that our email is bouncing back. You have to recheck everything after them and there is no urgency in their “corrections”. Emails labeled “urgent” have to be chased two days later.
We have started a new clinic and it’s just damaging to the business how poor their support is. We will be looking into terminating contract on the grounds of breach of TCs. Better avoid.
